Just tried to flash it, running .2233 leak. This version is for 5.9.90x and does need to have gapps flashed as well. Would not boot on my phone (for obvious reasons.)

If it doesn't boot up first time, try a few more times. Mine didn't boot first time either. The ROM itself is pretty solid. I love that he included the theme chooser, now we have access to tons of awesome themes.

If you read the first post, it explicity says "cwm only". It is not a safestrap rom. Also, liberty is based on the Droid 3 stock rom. If you want to port it, here are the first steps:
1. Get an updated Safestrap rom that incorporates the lates Motorola patch. (We will want the performance and battery boost it gives the d4)
2. DeOdex the ROM from step 1.
3. Prepare a sort of blank slate to start with, by ripping out everything not necessary.
At this point, we can start adding the Liberty customizations.

Is it your motoblur LT deodexed? If so that is what I have been waiting for. I love gummy but would go full stock if I could change some or the icons safely. like the green battery icon. Unfortunately, it is not yet deodexed. I just spent the last 3 hours trying to, and the resulting update.zip looks fine, but it won't boot. For now, though, it is very debloated and slightly deblured.

Are you sure you need deodex? I used ROM Toolbox to change battery icon on stock Razr ROM.
Much thanks goes to csphelps76 for creating this badass rom for the droid razr! All I have done is ported it over to work on the bionic. I kept all the tweaks, govs, and modules included in speedlite aokp, so also a big thanks to jp1044 for making it easy to incorporate the tweaks.
Features:
-AOKP base for those extra goodies
-extra gov's and i/o scheduler
-tweaks by leviathan26 for awesome batt life
-inverted gapps incorporated
-themed throughout
-fast
RC2:
-changed a few apps (Google now, music, gmail, added es file explorer, got rid of root browser)
-fixed boot animation
-incorporated font from razr version of rom (can be changed with rom toolbox)
1.1:
-fully functioning inverted google now
-updated apex
-added boostedASSv2 gov
To install:
***DO NOT USE BOOTSTRAP***
-boot into safestrap
-wipe data/cache, dalvik
-format system if coming from a jb rom
-install axiom
To update:
-wipe cache
-wipe dalvik
-install axiom

Go back to your unsafe side and you should be on a stock moto build of ics where hdmi functions properly. Two roms I believe are stock ics based are rag3 and blackhole, sparkyman may have one out there too but can't remember at the moment. You can flash one of those in bootstrap on the stock side just so you're running a ROM and hdmi should function normally.
Got it installed on my husband's Bionic, runs great, but I just know he'll hate the font. Is there any way to change it? Oh, and the wallpaper with the black and white girl with the blue eyes and paint down her face, that you get when you apply the System Theme...where might I be able to get that for MY phone? I have a Rezound, so I can't install this ROM.

i installed it over tiny's latest and it seems that was a bad idea (clock fc, PA settings not showing up, dual notification bar, etc). any way to install it over so i can keep my settings (it's a pain to restore titanium backups because of the low data/data space issue)?

I had a hard time dealing with the UI elements of Icarus. I had a better time with Eclipse 1.2. It wasn't perfect but it got a lot of things done.
What are you looking for other than "a clean ICS"? What "wasn't perfect about eclipse? Need more specifics about what your looking for and or not happy with...
I to have been off the ROM grid due to some issues with my device not connecting to adb over a few months but I just fixed it somehow, rooted, and I've been looking, for your needs try eclipse. That fitted the bill for GB so I'm sure is just as well on ICS

LiquidSmooth is one of the fav roms so after moving to the Razr HD a few weeks ago I set out to bring it to my new device. Big thanks to the LiquidSmooth Team and to the Razrqcom-Dev-Team, their sources were used to bring this rom together. I can't say that I am a very knowledgeable developer but sure am having fun trying to learn.
You must be unlocked and use Gapps for 4.2. Whatever you do to your device is your own responsibility. I suggest you have a backup and be prepared to flash back to stock if you encounter a major issue. Be sure to wipe before first install and I have been using TWRP recovery. Seems some users have reported issues using CWM. When you flash the script will still erase the current system and then mount-flash the new one. Don't manually mount system when flashing.

05/28 - Not waking issue seems to be fixed now

Kernel version now 3.0.80 thanks to dhacker29 and the razr-qcom-dev-team with over clocking.
Liquid version 2.5 see changelog here: http://pastebin.com/DVAHE9D6
06/07 - Liquid version 2.6
Sound search app working
Overclocking a bit more stable - thanks to SkrilaxCZ
06/17 Lots of changes in the past week. The following should work but may be buggy (especially HALO, yes the PA Halo)
Kernel version 3.0.82
Camcorder
HDMI out
HALO (Thanks PA!)
07/01 - Pretty much bugless! Official support is now here for this and other moto msm8960 based phones. Builds should start showing up under liquidsmooth in goo. I will still be running some of my own using bytecode's kernel. So you can try both versions. Version 2.8 should be out today-tonight. Change log: http://pastebin.com/Bfj30Nqq
About Halo:
Features:
- Apps open up in floating state, apps underneath do not pause
- complete SystemUI & Core integration, making HALO feel like a native feature, source/SDK and UI/UX
- HALO has white and blacklists, which for now allow fine control for apps pinging through HALO
- multiple gestures to navigate HALO:
- double-tap-move: move
- tap-drag-left/right: task through notifications, finger up launches
- tap-drag-up: dismiss notification
- tap-drag-down: put HALO into semi-hidden state
- swipe while HALO is hidden wakes it up
- drag-to-X to remove HALO altogether
- comes with as few settings as possible, everything should be self explanatory and intutive,
users must be informed about the double-tap gestures which is the only catch.
