So it flashes fine but there is no app? Could you check to see if the apk is in /system/app

Great stuff, thanks a lot for this. Would it be possible to add more languages? I'd love to have the Dutch language pack included and as far as I can tell the original Note Mobile supports it.

Just put it in System/media and make sure the permissions are set to 0644, and you're all set with this beautiful and colorful animation!
