I don't know that I can be terribly specific as whatever I did, I did a long while ago when the touch pad was still new to android. I was running a rom that had an available update, so I selected the automatic update option. I didn't realize my recovery wouldn't handle whatever script it was running after it booted into recovery. Something got interrupted when it shouldn't have. Now anytime the device starts it automatically boots to recovery. I bypass this by holding the volume keys as it boots.
I have reset the device using webos doctor, but the problem persists.

Sounds like it's set to boot into recovery all the time.
Get it loaded up in recovery, then using ADB, mount /boot and look in there. If there's a file called moboot.next, delete it. Also, type the following (without the quotes):
"echo CyanogenMod < moboot.default"
That should set your default to CyanogenMod (assuming you have that on your tablet)

I've been trying to get it to work on my S3, it says either sideway or not at all

at LG logo, swipe from top left to bottom right -> you are now in bootloader mode ... choose recovery, click, factory reset .... enjoy.

Then, maybe you are bound to request an exchange.
You can actually try one more thing. Maybe you have corrupted data on your system partition. You should try flashing the 5.01 image directly in the watch. If you can reach bootloader moder and recovery, then you should be able to do that with adb commands.

problem is now only accessible whenever and select fastboot recovery screen freeze it so. I am now a deadlock here. k it made me get into recovery.
It looks like you have a defective unit. You should really try to change it.

Do you mean that you tried to do a factory reset from the settings menu?
If so, and you have twrp, it wont work. You have to do it through twrp

I dont have TWRP, I use default bootloader, wanna change but cost is high,,.,
You can use Verizon software upgrade tool on your PC and reinstall the stock software. There will be an option to erase all data.
Hello. Today i booted my S5. It wen't good and didn't face any problems doing it. After that, i removed some applications that i don't like with a program. When i was done with that, my phone kept giving me a strange error. I though i deleted something wrong and decided to repair it somehow. Downloaded FonePaw for Android to my PC and repaired my phone. During that, suddenly the program stopped and i disconnected my phone to the PC (i know that was a mistake). Now i can't boot my phone. Nothing happens when i try to turn it on. When i try to get to he download menu, Samsung logo stays in screen for 5 secs then an error pops up in the screen for about 1 sec :

Hey all,
I am very inexperienced with custom OS on Android and I was trying to install a lineageOS so that I can run octoprint on my tablet for my 3d printer. In doing so, I somehow deleted the stock OS.
Now my device either flashes the samsung logo (if I boot normally) or it can get to the download screen if I hold Power + Home + Vol Down. But I can't seem to get my computer to find the device, so I can't connect it with Odin. Do you know of any guides or threads you could point me to? Or how to fix this?
My model is SM-T713.

Pressing Start in Odin does nothing. Is there something I am missing?
Fixed it, kind of. It was a bad cable. Switching out the cable allowed Odin to connect, it downloaded and passed, but it is still stuck on the samsung logo.
