Hi folks can anyone tried to install Indic fonts in SGS i9000 4.0.4?
It is not working clearly in any ICS ROM. But only it works in Elite's Sony Arc Beta2 exactly. Can anyone extract this goodness to their future rom development.

is the stock ics without any bugs or buggie?, could we root it? i'm new to note
Right now stock ICS is dangerous, all of the released Samsung ICS ROMs have a kernel bug that might fry your Note completely
If you really want to try ICS, you have only 3 options:
- CM9
- Asylum
- ParanoidAndroid
Those are the only safe ICS ROMs (they are base on AOSP not Samsung TouchWiz)
You can wait a little longer for safe custom kernels to appear since the sources are just released today

Just to let everyone be aware that the ICS Camera (panoramic mode)is not working in Classic Rom V3.
This is the Rom I am using currently. Very satisfied. I have also tried other roms, eg, Criskelo Roms and Alba.
I also wonder if S Voice would be available in the future release rom.

I have na i9000B and i'd like to use the new Rom from RemICS 3.0, anyone know a kernel that works in my phone with this new rom?
I had already tested with Devil kernel version 1.5.2 and 1.6.1, both for my i9000b.

ICS Devil kernel is 1.4.1 My Android Collections
but is not a ics rom, it is just the name of the team. The rom is a Jelly Bean.

sweet rom is based on the 4.1.2 for N7000.. till we get 4.2.1 for N7000, it may not be possible but as the new update for s3 to 4.2.1 has it, dont know if it could be ported or not..

JELLYBEER V3.58 is 4.2.2 based off Cyanogenmod 10.1 I believe...as SWEETROM is based off a SAMSUNG stock ROM, guess will have to wait for that feature ?

V5 is the only one as far as I know. Ported is Kitkat based, official appears to be Jellybean.
