I just testen the CiCI Rom and i realy like it. But what i am missing is the possibility to connect to an Exchange Server like hotmail. Is there the Chance to add a Tool or Widget from Stock lg Rom to connect to an exchange Service?

Ok Guys if anyone is interested my o2 Mini s is now working perfectly with its original ROM.
i have my email calender contacts, in fact everything in my exchange server mail account syncs wirelessly and faster than blackberry or regular email
ALL YOU NEED IS:
An exchange server mail account preferably Fasthosts (if you do not know them fasthosts.co.uk)
Then you get the goodlink software from fasthosts, or directly if your company will allow( good.com)
download the software onto XDA a few tweaks and a bit of patience actually 12 hours ....
But it is perfect
I have alpine with blackberry client on it. Synchronisation with my laptop works fine, just i can not synchronize the calendar, although the option that blackberry synchronize calendar with exchange server is disabled. Does anybody have similar experience and any idea to help me? Thanks
The was a known issue in an earlier release of the o2 rom but the latest should sort it.

Hi there, i have an HTC DREAM (italy) with open eclair 1.0.
i cannot sync my exchange business account.
i don't know which kind of exchange is but i usually connect via web at webmail.companyname.it/exchange, then put domain COMPANYNAME/aarizzi, then password.
i was using it on nokia e71 and work perfect... but i have tried with default mail apk, touchdown and so on .. it tells me wrong password or username or unable to connect to server.
how can i find the right parameters?

I used to have a Blackberry and gave it back when I brought the SGS. Don't really care about sync the e-mail but I do like to sync my work calendar to my phone. I was hoping to use the company's internal Wi-Fi (the same I use to connect my notebook) to get the Calendar updates.
Does anyone know how to do it?

just set it up as an Exchange, instead of email account when you configure the Sync Account in Settings

Im searching for an original HTC e-mail client with working exchange.
My ROM is TBD v 3.7
The default installed HTC e-mail client don't work with exchange but with pop3 or hotmail.
If I install another email client from the market like moxier mail, the exchange works perfekt.
Is its possible to replace the htc e-mail client with one from another ROM?
I've tried it with the e-mail client from the htc sensation. The apk works but the exchange function not.
Maybe i must replace something else?
