[Q] [QUESTION] JB based MIUI?

After this ROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1674079 is there anyone working on the new JB based MIUI? Will be good if we can get MIUI again for our ace.. as JB based rom now getting stable..

our cm10.1 is more or less stable, but miui not released on 4.2.2 for nexus devices yet.

why not based on ICS? we have stable ICS made by Maclaw and Woft recently made a CM9 based MIUI http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2234863

[Q] Samsung Based ROM?

Hey I know people don't usually like these type of questions, but I have done a lot of searching and can't find what I'm looking for.
I want to flash a ROM on my Captivate that is based off of a Samsung ROM. I really like the look and feel of the S2 and S3 ROMs. It seems like all custom ROMs are based off of the Nexus version of 4.2 and I don't like it as much.
Does anyone know of a ROM that is based on Samsung 4.2 and has a similar look and feel?

Google Nexus devices use clean Google Android OS with stock Vanilla UI
Samsung ROMs are based on Google AOSP with Samsung TouchWiz UI
Custom ROMs are based on Google AOSP or CyanogenMod, theming allows UI you like
CM10.1 based ROM + Galaxy S3 theme will give you close to stock Samsung UI look.
Take a look at Avatar ROM + Galaxy S3 theme, for example. Stable ROM with good support.

Stock ROM with the looks of AOSP ROM?

Some modifications made to the stock samsung rom makes it impossible to me to switch to AOSP roms, but I really would like to get rid of the touchwiz interface!
Are there any custom roms based on the Stock rom that has a ui similar to AOSP?

[Q] Porting roms

is it possible to port roms like chameleon os and paranoid android to a locked bootloader the same way this rom ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2451833 ) is ported using a stock kernel

Can any dev make a port of touchwiz rom for our android one. It will be awesome if it will be made on android 5.1.1..thanks in advance

yes touchwiz is different from other
