i want to make international website about mobiles but i have these questions below:
1- how can i earn from a mobile site ?
2- how can i find good writers ?
3- suggest me any opinion you think i need to do it

Honest opinion mate - you are out of your depth. If those are the level of questions you feel the need to ask then you ought to go away and spend a hell of a long time reading and researching exactly what it is you want to do.

If you start a website you need to know what you go to do with it.
I think there are allot off site's and you need to come with something new.

Agreed, Like a catchy name, Examples are PhoneArena and Engadget, Pretty catchy, eh.
Also, You need a good web designer, There are many potentials here on XDA (Im not one of them, I suck at designing, lol)
Also, Do you have money to advertise your website? Advertising really helps for a good website.
What hosting service are you gonna use? GoDaddy and Weebly are the good ones.
For custom email domains, use Google Apps.
For writers, I can be a good one, But I still need more skills, Engadget's Dana Wollman is my favorite. Zachery Lutz is also a good one, Look up their names on Facebook to be able to contact them.
Also, After finishing the website, Be sure to share it to all of us here on XDA!

the other important thing is i dont know a complete mobile site must has which parts ? and how i can earn from a mobile site except advertising ?

In blogger you can find some templates compatible with system mobile.

To each his own. I don't see why anyone would have an issue with someone creating their own site. There has been a few members do that already.
all mods here maybe mods there im just to think of a way to do it so thats i know it who they say they are
That's simple contact the mods here via PM and ask if they want to participate. They can pm you a response. Now you know you've contacted a Mod here, when they sign up for your site, use Pm here to send their password.
Something along that line.
FWIW, I wouldn't Mod at your site. No offense or anything, I just don't want to add another thing to my already complicated life.

One thing I want to do is in my forum have a developers section. Each dev can have there own section of the forum as a moderator. something like this:
Devlepoers:
____Dev1
________Version 1 app
________Version 2 app
____Dev2
____Dev3
That way, if you like a dev who doesn't have a site, you can just jump on the forum and go to the dev section and see everything they have created. Little better then sifting threw tons of pages looking for the newest ver of something, or maybe just want to see what else they have developed.
it also has a one spot access for devs to see what other dev have made and maybe incorporate into a rom ect.

Well I am planning on making a site for Android, and i need some help.
First thing I need help with finding a domain. For some reason most domains that I've tried are already taken.
So i need someone more creative than me.
The site will have news and reviews of android and android devices.
Thats all i've thought of right now.
The domain has to be a .com , and maybe have "android" somewhere in there .. ?
So help here

Well. there is a reason for that ... and its that there is already a million stupid ass android review websites..
no offense intended ... but really ? why do you want to make this site? are you going to be footing the entire bill in terms of server space/ maintenance ?
While i do wish you luck in your endeavour.... Unless you have somthing really unique to offer , you website will become another speck on a already huge pile..
And you are already on one of the best resources for android reviews

and remember this. When facebook started myspace had millions of members. If facebook founders had thought like you, then there would be no facebook. But hey facebook is now leading in social networking.
So XDA, I respect it a lot, and will always do, but if no one comes up with competition us (consumers, guests, viewers) won't get better content

No worries mate. I just think that if it's something you're going to want to modify the contents on a regular basis (or even just every now and then) then you don't want a web developer working on it for you. You want to be able to modify it yourself.
Yea I gotcha. I know how to code some just not very good at optimizing for multiple browser support. But i think i will go with the wordpress way

If you know some coding yourself then definitely go for it - you should have no problems (or simple Google-able ones )
Let us know when it's done - I'd like to see what you've done.
