So what are everyones plans for the $25 credit? This might be a good thread to give others ideas of apps or games they can purchase with the credit.
For me, i am thinking about getting final fantady 3. I already own itbfor the ipad, but hate the ipad so much (work issued) i may just buy it forbthe N7. May also pick up the plex app.

I'll tell you what I won't spend it on: a single dime of in-app purchases in money-sucking freemium games.
I was so excited about gaming on Android when I first got my Galaxy S in 2010. I bought several games for $5-7 and played them for hours and hours. Then it seems like overnight every single game with decent production value doesn't want to sell you a full version for $10 or less, they want to milk you for dollar after dollar of credits, characters, play time and other BS. I see options to buy $50 or $100 worth of in-game credits! Are these people insane?
It makes me weep. Who are the idiots feeding these monstrosities anyways? They are just as much to blame as the developers.
So back on topic I will find the best one-time purchase games that I can find and spend the $25 on them.

i have to apologize, you are right. although google claims that the 30% go to carriers and transaction costs, and they don't keep anything... yeah sure.
nevertheless, the _price_ is 1.49 for users.

yeah, as a user, i have the same feeling: I dont care how much goes to google, that 1.49 is taken out of my pocket.. Thanks for your suggestion tho, I changed the price to be more approachable.

I think it's a very, very fair price to pay, and I bought the Plus version to support a great, fast app. You can get it through other less nice means, I suppose, if that is what you're asking, but why rip the developer off, especially if they deserve it?
I actually don't even use any of the premium widgets, come think of it, though I do use the slide up notifications rarely though.

Hey Xoomers! (sounds cool huh) the Tegra store has just released a game called Great Battles Medieval which i am downloading right now for $6.99...I cant stress how badly we need some good games for andriod, notably our Xoom tablets. Lets show support fpr our tablets by buying and not bootlegging these apps...some developers are now interested in Android, but if we show them know support, why would they continue. I will let you all know how the game is

These are the kind of useless comments I see all over the market (and elsewhere) for various apps. While limited for space there, here that is not the case. Why not say this AND then expound on why? Also, if you can articulate why, then sending the developer an email (in addition to this post) might even get (some of) your issues taken care of?
I fully agree, but sadly this isn't really my kind of game...But, I did buy Fruit Ninja THD, and will probley end up buying Riptide GP.
I havs a $10 iTunes card here and I don't have any plans to use it. If someone wants it, lets trade! I'll take a $10 Google Play card.
