What bootloader are you saying, the real one ? (The one that have samsung logo) Or the Recovery or Download Mode?
If you have Download Mode working, then flash an stock rom (don't matter what ROM if you're gonna flash an custom ROM, just be sure that is an S5830 ROM ), flash CWM and then flash the custom ROM you want

I was trying to flash a custom rom because I didn't like the att customized rom. I unlocked the bootloader thru htcdev.com and I used the All-In-One toolkit to flash CWM. Everything was fine and I was able to enter CWM. However, after I flashed the Android Revolution HD 6.0 rom, it just stucked at HTC screen. I am trying to enter the recovery and reflash the rom, but I cannot enter CWM anymore. It just disappeared and reboot. I can enter the bootloader. I tried to reflash CWM, but same thing happened. Please help :crying:

Happened to me too, I finally got into CWM again after locking my bootloader, unlocking it again. Still can't get it to boot, nor Sideload a ROM from ADB. :/

The good news is, if your phone powers on, you haven't "bricked" anything.
The bad news is, it sounds like you didn't back up your stock ROM and there's something hinky in how you flashed CWM the second time.
The better news is that you can restore the stock recovery image, and using that, you can reflash the stock ROM. This will put you back at square one, but rest assured that if you can power on your device, and you can get to fastboot, you haven't "bricked" anything.

Don't fastboot flash the recovery. fastboot boot the recovery image. Hope that helps.
Thanks for the good news! May I ask that where I can download the att stock rom and the stock recovery image? I can only find the european and asia version. Thanks
Did you happen to flash the correct boot.img that should have been supplied with the Rom? If not you have to flash it as well.
Hi,
after flashing Custom ROM I stuck on recovery mode and I lose root, now I can't flash any ROM plz help
I already said you what to do
Unlock your bootloader htcdev.com/bootloader if it is relocked
Then flash a new recovery
Afterwards you should be able to flash roms again

It can be fixed with flashing the recovery again in fastboot mode...
good morning all ,
i have xperia ZR with 10.5.1.A.283 stock rom inside (KK 4.4.4).
in order to try some custom roms, i have unlocked the bootloader.
now i have tried all the combination of hard keys to boot into stock boot loader but i can't.
i want to install cwm or twrp but i don't find a way to boot into recovery,
is there any one who can tell me if there is another way to flash a kernel with cwm or twrp inside or any other way to boot into recovery .
thanks in advance

you may try flashing a custom kernel which has recovery included in it. you will need flashtool
Guys , I have to sell my phone, so, I decided to do all the necessary to have it stock..
So, the question is, how can I do this? I need the phone like when I bought it
You can do most of this via SRK Tool. If you can't relock bootloader then you can flash your stock update.app via stock recovery and that will relock your bootloader and get rid of root.
Please don't follow this for when you have Nougat beta installed though.
I currently have TWRP recovery.. How can I put stock recovery?
Is better to put 1st the rom and for 2nd the recovery or contrary?
Anyway thanks for answering me!
1. Backup (as always)
2. Flash stock recovery with flashify for example
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=529152257862669572
3. Flash stock Rom b182 with dload-method
http://download-c.huawei.com/download/downloadCenter?downloadId=91783&version=358257&siteCode=de
Now your Bootloader is relocked and everything is stock again (I hope so)

Yes u can Upgrade Boot loader
Follow this just to Upgarde ur Boot loader and modem
if u want to have security patch also flash the whole firmware, which will remove your root access
