The source code has not been released so it's hard to tell whether the N1 would have JB, but I hope some developers will be able to port it.

OK now today source code is released and thanks to texasice they announced that they will release jealy bean for nexus one soon now what do you think?????
We wait for 2 or 3 month????

Maybe more question marks will help speed up the process.

Android 4.1 Jelly Bean!

Is it possible to Port Android 4.1 Jelly Bean to our devices?
I have found this tutorial but can't realy figure it out!
Tutorial link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=28020178&postcount=36
I would wait until sources are released instead of putting together a Frankenstein of a jb port.

Will we ever get Jelly Bean?

There are a decent number of ICS ROM's for the Incredible S but the only stock ICS ROM's are Playground ICS(Development has been stopped) and IceColdSandwich( No new updates for about a month). There are quite a few Sense 4 ROM's as well but honestly after using stock, I can't go back to Sense.
Official support for CM9 is a long way off, so I don't expect CM10 by this year
I wonder if any dev has started working to port JellyBean onto our device?
Desire HD has 4.1 so likelly IncS will do too..
Need Jellybean
Right now waiting for the Project X Rom of nikhil...
but Yes this device really deserves Jellybean.
I have seen few thread for jellybean on droid Incredible.
May be Devs are already working on the Jellybean port to the Inc S..

There is no JB because of the missing upgrade by HTC..
And CM and all other AOSP projects aren't possible because of the missing ath6kl_sdio.ko code. But you can spam HTC. Maybe we get it..

Jelly Bean
HTC said the minimum requirements for jellybean was more than 512mb ram so we dont have enough ram apparently. But dont forget custom roms.
xperia E and J
samsung mini 2 ,ace+,young
these have 512mb of ram and have jelly bean
We know, and it's not a valid excuse. You don't need to bring old news, bro

was replying to shad0wpanda (forgot the quote)
anyway by the looks of their sales, htc is in a bad place so thinking about the desire c would be on the bottom of their list(imo).
but hey,what can you do...
you can actually do something, email HTC to release the full source code so our devs can port Jelly Bean
i know, but it seems they are not willing to release it...at least for now.
Yes, you are right, you can send them a mail when they released it LOL

When an official jelly bean rom for the s plus?

Where o when to get the official jelly bean, not a beta or alpha?
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda premium
There won't be any official release for our device. Samsung stopped supporting our device long time ago.. Actually we don't need anyone when we have numerous choices of wonderful custom ROMs available for us which is far better than any official release..

There is no official jellybean for S plus from samsung. If you want the best jb experience you can use cm10 or cm10.1 You can find in development thread.
NEVER.. but as you can see we already have wonderful roms
That's what i mean, official i mean with play store, stable and fast, and off course cooked. I only find alpha roms and unstable. Please help, thanks

All the 4.2.2 ROMs Are almost stable. Especially the cm10.1. Its on RC5 now. So how could you say its in alpha..??
Hey, if there would be any custom ROM wich is in alpha status, it would be much better than any official Samsung stockrom. In our devsection we have the best devs you could ever have. From Samsung you would have one official Jelly Bean ROM. From our devs you can have more then 15 stable JB-ROMs. Just try some and enjoy.

They are releasing the same update(pack of bugs) for different regions. That's good for nothing...

I know, thats why i only use our great customroms. It's better to have a full stable custom JB, than a slow buggy stock GB full of bloatware. Fact is, Samsung will never ever release an official JB for our phone.
I have tried TigerROM, Ehndroix III and Cyanogenmod 10.1 and all went PERFECT
