you will buy another xperia after they fu*k us all with no updates...... man your crazy
samsung gs3
I would go for the SGS III.
Well if you are clumsy i would recommend Xperia S but if you need Quad core (i doubt) just buy SGS III.
But if i would be buying new phone i would go for some HTC
SGS III has 16/32/64gb internal memory,1gb of ram + Android OS, v4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich),buy it if you have money!

Didn't you dream about Sony Xperia U?
I say HTC ONE S
OR GS3
Is it important how did i send this?
I don't like HTC there build quality is not all that IMO my friend had HTC desire HD and shattered the screen by sitting on it.
And I'm always dropping my phone

coz have quad core processor :good:
Even though I absolutely hate Samsung with my heart and passion, get it.
Sony will dump the XPERIA™ S.
It probably won't see anything after Jelly Bean, if it even gets it.

why an htc??
Go for SIII
Like so many top-end phones of this generation, the Sony Xperia S does not let you use memory cards
Also processor is quad core in SIII
Camera has more features in SIII than Xperia S
Also samsung is known for their tough and sturdy design so even if you drop your SIII... I guess their will be no problem
Take the S3, its better supported by samsung and xda.
Also the Galaxy S3 has Corning Gorilla Glass 2, so you can't even scratch the screen
I recommend the Xperia S. It is wsy better in design than sgs3...........only bad point is that it has dual core not quad core..

That phone is absolutely pathetic. It has an extra power saving core, but for what? Nothing. It does nothing.Battery life is really low in it.If you are going to flash roms and such, then S3 might be good.Otherwise,Galaxy Nexus. What i suggest,S3,i have the phone and its great, great battery life, pretty smooth and all that. But if you don't need a quad core and is not a big gamer, then its the Galaxy Nexus,BUT,the Galaxy Nexus has no microSD slot.
Sell it,get some extra money and get a SII if u want a fast phone with big screen resolution and decent internal space (2 gb vs the 180 mb of the SGA) or if u want something more powerful go for SIII definetly.
Both are good phone but if u are a guy who like games with a strong exigency and HD graphics without lags go for SIII,the quad core helps definetly.
I had SII and the experience is relatively bad, dual core 1.2 mHz and games like angry birds space, asphalt, wheres my water still get lags :/

What? Its not 1.2Mhz,its 1.2Ghz dual-core.And,if games like those lag, either you bought another phone or your phone is messed up,because
1.My cousin has a SGS2,they run Angry Birds Rio and such like piece of cake
2.I can play these games pretty smoothly on my SGA,and there would be no arguments if i say SGS2 is 3 times better than SGA

T-Mobile offers the SII for free with a two year contract. Of course, you will have to pay the taxes and activation fee, but will be within your budget.

Don't buy Micromax. They are never going to provide any OS update for their phones.
Thinking about your budget and your wants, I just don't think is possible. Why not save up some more, and get a S2. Is there cell service providers in India that offer discounted phones in exchange for a contract?

My dad actually bought it recently, so I had a chance to play with it a bit. It's a great phone, and it has a great camera.
Only problems I heard you might have with it is that the plastic around the camera tends to crack. Also, I've read somewhere that RAM might be problematic at times. No trouble so far with the unit I tried, though. Compared to some other phones and their problems, however, I'd say you have nothing to worry about

Sony bravia technology
Perfect design (arc is better in design I think)
Multi touch, up to 4 fingers!
16 gb internal memory
No sdcard but u can attach USB flash disk
Higher resolution
Mali-400 gpu(4 cores)
8 MP cam
1080p @30 fps video recording (awesome quality)

The characteristics of that phone are golden. But however, look at the battery. Only 1305 mAh. In comparison, our Xperia X8 has 1200 mAh. Taking into account the heavy OS it has, immense amounts of RAM, a monster CPU, and a large screen, I'd say the battery couldn't even last half a day with normal use. I think it isn't even user-removable.
Don't get me wrong, on other things I think the phone is a masterpiece, but you would need about 50% more battery power to handle all that. Reviews on the net seem to concur. Powering a battle tank with an AA battery would be a perfect analogy.

These links should help:
Comparing Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini vs. Motorola RAZR i XT890 - Seven Reasons for the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini - VERSUS IO
Motorola RAZR i Details vs Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini Details in Smartphones
I would definitely take the Razr ( I don't know both too well so excuse me if something isn't right):
The Razr has a larger screen with a good ppi,
The Razr has the better processor as far as I know (2GHz x1 vs 1GHz x2)
The Razr luckily doesn't have Touchwiz, although this is subjective,
The Razr isn't made all out of plastic
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda app-developers app
I have posted a similar post on both razr forum and s3 mini forum and the only thing the s3 people had to say was the razr is hard to root and only a couple of roms?
Sent from my GT-I8190N using xda app-developers app
I'm not familiar with the device but that could be true. But even if that is true the Razr will be the better choice. You could check out the dev section at the Razr I forums.

It really depends on what U r looking in the phone. If U like to play with the roms and themes s3 mini is better.
If you looking fast stylish phone for dialy use with lots of futures i would pick razr i
Just make sure razr I is unlocked because it is dificult to sim unlock in some cases.(depends on network)
My personal pick was razr and I am glad... best of my phones so far.

My colleague has S3 mini and when I was playing with it it felt like a toy because of cheap plastic. For me the reason why I like motorola is size vs display. There isn't much more phones on the market which offer relatively big display in relatively small case - thin edges.
But what makes razr i better phone is undoubtly battery. Even if both phones are on stock roms the razr last much longer. Just check few screens in this thread and compare it with logs from your phone...
Wow!!! Just shy of 2 days... mine last like 13-15 hours normal and 4-6 high use!!

The RAZR i isn't hard to root. But it's true that we haven't many ROMs because the RAZR have a Intel processor (x86). That means we can't simply port from other devices. We have to build from source and that's hard work. So atm no AOSP, no CM nothing else. Only modded stock ROMs, but with great performance.
Furthermore I can say that the RAZR i looks and feels more quality and have definitely better battery life.

Depends on what you realy want. I was facing same dillema not so long ago. If you want bigger dispay go for Core. I didnt have Core in my hands, but S3 Mini is realy high quality built phone.
I have small hands so I needed at most 4" display phone with realy good viewing angles, quality built, at least 1 gb ram, at least dual-core cpu, everything pointed on S3 mini.
Core may have bigger display.. but its not Amoled.. so fail.

i was facing the same issue when i bought my s3 mini. The only reason that one would decide to get galaxy core is bigger screen. Well, Core has a bigger screen, but also the same resolution as s3 mini which has a smaller screen. So Core's ppi is no that good. All other phone specs are more or less the same.
S3 mini FTW
