Hi to all, I just bought the SGS PLUS and I want to flash but I have no idea in which ROM.
I'm not sure if you can flash the same rom's as the "normal" galaxy S. But i have used Cyonagenmod 9 with great pleasure! i'm using Tiramislim V2 right now and i haven't seen a faster more complete rom then this one.
I should give tiramislim v2 a try

Of course not, they're two different devices and development on i9000 is definitely more advanced than on i9001.
It you wanna know what are the main roms to flash just give a look at i9001 development section.

You will have to root your phone and install CM9 ROM or any other CM9 based ROM because there is no offical 4.0.4 Android for Note yet. Look into the Development section, there's a couple of CM9 (based) ROMs there.
The original CM9 theme:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1627855
Some of CM9 based ROMS:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1688646

But I wouldn't recommend you go there if you don't know what you are doing. These are quite hardcore ROMs and not for everyday usage...well at least not for an average user.
thanks

I'm really sorry, the 'thanks' button press was incidental, i didn't mean it.
What i meant instead was to quote your post, and suggest, if i may be so bold, that in the future you should:
- pay attention to naming your thread in the manner explaining your problem
- learn what is the difference between "Q&A" forum and "Themes and Apps" forum
- CHECK YOUR KEYBOARD CAUSE YOUR CAPSLOCK KEY SEEMS STUCK
PS. Dear mods, is there any way to un-thank the post?

cm7 official, cm7 by mebitek, emanon 7, new experience 4.0, Squadzone's cyanmobile x .... There's plenty of them. Next time go explore all popular threads, read their comments and try all of them, find the one u like and stick with it. All gingerbread or cm7 based roms have all working features as stock and additional ones too.
hi until you didn't get 10 post you should not ask rom recommendation question
just cd to /xda/samsung galaxy mini/galaxy mini android development and find any cm7 or miui rom you like and install it according to the instruction given by the respective rom dev

Hi,
For me Resurrection remix 5.0.9 is a stable and beautiful kit kat rom. I use it since 2 month and i had only 1 FC. No issues with this rom and developper is serious and make a good job.
I used also CM 11. It's certainly the most up to date and securised rom, but i had some issues with it 2 month ago. I think now there is no issue with this ROM.
So i recommend both :good:
As suggested by someone already, CM11 is the best if you want security and stability. You could also try C-Rom by aways as the rom is considered to be very popular among i9000 users.
Please refer to my thread as well and use it to help decide what suits you best

Stock roms are the most stable roms, plus they contain the original graphic libraries, designed for the Galaxy Ace making you have the best performance and stability playing games. So here using them and adding some improvements such as custom kernel and some script, you'll have the best possible experience playing games
Go to the Galaxy Ace Android development and choose your rom (Spacecaker's roms are great and fully customizable too e.g.)

If you have Ace II, then wrong section mate. This is Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 Q/A section. You can check for custom kernel and scripts in your device's Development section. Here is the link,
Samsung Galaxy Ace II Development Section
Also don't install anything from here or from any thread that is not intended for your device as it could hard-brick your phone. Hope I Helped

I can easily say, i recommend you this and that rom, but how do i know if it will work oke with your i9305.. I DON'T KNOW, so in the end you will be curious for others roms too, other than what i or anyone else recommended, and with your flashing experience that is getting better and better with every flashing/installation you make, you will probably flash them all anyway and try them out, so will you stick with the recommendation that i or anyone else makes, I DONT THINK SO
so will asking this question be very helpfull to you? probably not...
ALL of them roms have their own greatness in various aspects!! not every rom you will install will probably work without any kind of issue or bugs, as it is called. you need to find out what rom will be the best for daily use for you, and that is done by testing them f.e. each day try another rom, read the threads and analyze the roms features and users posts etc. there are a lot, so i would say get started!
HAPPY FLASHING!

Hi! I tried many roms from 4.3 to 4.4.4 and as i can say is, not because it is a good rom for me, it must fit for you.
I like the sammy roms because they work with my car audio. But also the CM-based roms because of speed.
So, maybe you see it's your choice and you can only install them and try them by yourself.
I'm on alliance 3.5 which is a sammy rom. And i got xposed framework installed. So i can change a bit more. You see, everyone is different.
