Important!!!
You don't have to flash the kernel boot.img from .zip with ROM. You can use any of ICS kernels such DoomKernel ICS (reccomended), Arc Knight, KTG, Sirkay's, etc. including stock ones!
Instructions:
Download ROM and kernel (everything isi in ROM including Wi-Fi modules)
Flash boot.img via Fastboot
Wipe everything=cache+dalvik+user data
Flash .zip via CWM Recovery
Reboot
Enjoy!
Add-ons
Add-ons such as Jelly Bean apps or Battery mod with toggles have to be installed as normal apks - no need to flash via CWM.

I CONFIRM - 3XTASY ICS will be available tomorrow, because I have to fix one thing... Bug during flashing, exactly. If you have any suggestions how to fix "write_raw_image Status 7" error, please help! If I don't fix this tomorrow, ROM will be available in two weeks because of holidays! I want to share my ROM with you as fast as I can, so I just must fix that crap tomorrow! Damn... It means today, because we have 6 minutes after midnight... Nevermind

The solution is that you flash full .ftf ( except .ta and kernel.sin). After that flash any kernel ( trinity,...). Then you can flash .zip rom, remember that in zip rom must'n have boot.img

Actually u should have replaced the appollo music.apk to Sony Stock Walkman Player.
i think that Walkman is better than appollo.

ROM is uploaded and available for downloading!
I suggest to include the Xperia S home launcher and Xperia S keyboard in this rom. Can't mis the keyboard anymore
I have the files but not sure if it will work in this rom? If someone can confirm, im gonna install this rom..

Camera is modificated. The original name of it is "MooDeD Camera 2.0 (by Jader13254)". It improves recording to 30 FPS - smoother videos and to 14 MBpS. It also makes photos better quality and more detailed. I have also noticed that MooDeD Camera can better set auto focus. Photos are really amazing!

"Must Flash" x3 are that: super charge v6, Mooded camera 2.0, sony areno gpu update. This ROM is just a collection of some topic on xda and the dev dont make any effort to combine them. I have just tested and it's only show image "Trinity kernel " over 10 minutes, that's all.

Additional Notes
I recommend using TouchPal as a keyboard replacement to avoid the small unusable area of the standard keyboard when the smartphone is rotated.
I recommend using NeoReader or Google Goggles for Barcode / QR Code scanning.

Currently only english and chinese. Will upload german in a few minutes.
I will look into hebrew after that.
You could get the latest hebrew language pack from this site. My hebrew is not existent therefore I can't find the file on my own. If you send me a download link, I will include it on this page and maybe create an hebrew rom.

I've changed the default theme to my SoftWhite Theme and applied the Tweaks that Jason recommends.
Good work with that ROM. I'll try it when I get home.
Can anybody report about battery life with this? I'm currently on JasonStein's v9 and the battery life is amazing. Don't want to lose this.

Installing Xperia S stuff gives a contacts FC at start, and it's missing the notification bar.
Installing without Xperia S stuff, you don't have th Contacts FC, but you have no notif bar.

Testing the Xperia S stuff again as we speak. So far didn't manage to get a missing notification bar. Edit: Nope didn't manage to get that error. All works fine for me.

Yes, I wiped data, dalvik, format system and data.
Maybe it happens when you select to install toggles on notif bar.

This is a stock based ROM with beautiful interface. You can find all the features of sony with a new look in this ROM. I have tried to make it as clean as possible,thus making it very smooth,stable & fast for daily usage. Many of you have tried to gain performance with scipts. Instruction:

~Important Instruction: In first boot you will find out "Unfortunately systemUI has stopped", don't panic,just finish the setup wizard then go to settings>Date & Time & use 24hr format. After couple of seconds all will be fine. Also, 2G & torch toggle doesn't work. It has a modded framework thus made this beautiful.Thanks to jobayer for his help. Should work with any ICS kernel.

Thanks for the assumption u made but you are wrong sir..Don't post this types of comments if you can't appreciate others work. The rom control is from jjdoctor & I gave him credits, please take a look with wide open eyes. Other than that nothing is from jjhybrid

It is tested on Pro by sadique_shiblee & the only bug with SystemUI has been mentioned in 1st post

Please Select Nova Launcher during inatallation. somehow we missed to put apex file in the package...
And don't forget to report bug/s (if any) other than systemUI...

Q: I got some f/c apps. Installation does not start etc...
A: Download all files again, and try to flash. If you still get this please contact with me.
Q: Wi-fi does not work! Where are WI-FI modules?
A: Search specific to your kernel and verison in its thread.
Q: What about CPU settings?
A: ROM is balanced for the best performance on Interactive, and better battery life on Smartassv2 and Ondemand.
Q: Is it support 720p recording?
A: No, because of it JB runs very smooth.
Q: I got bootloop. After instalation ROM doesn't boot.
A: Go to recovery and wipe anything, install ROM again.
Q: I have some lags!
A: Full wipe, or post your running app sections from settings

You know that those settings will completely disable multitasking?
No Background Processes means also no cached app which doesn't make sense - every app needs to be restarted when you just switch to settings - lots of cpu usage, battery drain and delays...

but i wouldnt definitely do that.

This ROM is as fast, that after 24h test I decided to change CPU max speed to 806MHz (Min134Mhz) and it's still super smooth on my Arc (LT15i)!
I don't have idea what you did with my Arc, but it's really AWESOME!
I didn't see such performance even on 2.3.xx modded ROMs ...
One problem I had was with camera shot button, but after CYBERSHOOT mod installation all works as it should.

As far, IMHO, it's the fastest ROM for Arc (LT15i).

Just tried Rom. It is good, indeed. Fast and smooth. Nice Rom.
But I like the small apps on some roms. Can I have small apps on this Rom? If there is a mod or something, I will be thankful if you give me clues.

I'm sorry, but I don't remmeber when I installed this mod first time
I tried almost all ROMs from this forum and I have backup of Cyber-shot in my TitaniumBackup database. I just restored it from backup ...
It seems work fine with this ROM and dedicated kernel ...

in this rom no..as you see on screenshots only 1280x720 and 640x480 are available..if change to 640x480 you can try wide mode on camera options.:good: report any bugs please.
next version will be more lighter and more free ram.

I have a question. Is the Cyber-shot in this ROM making good photos, like the Cyber-shot for ICS? Half an year ago i tried a JB ROM with 720p support, it was running well but video recording was around 18fps and the camera took horrible pictures. The camera is really important for me. If here everything's well, i'm instantly installing!

first of all, cybershot cant be for JB like ICS..cause we dont have camera libs..so its a fake 720p no matter what..camera is important to me also on all roms,like image quality,eye candy rom and battery life also..so i ve tested this camera and it worked well for a JB rom..i have tried on 3 kernels (superfusion/fusion 5.5 and lupus jbv12.1 720p)..and the roms is always fast,good sound and great battery life (better on lupus,more governors)..this video recording i think its about 29fps.but always better you test the rom..if you like it,keep it..if not restore your current rom.
