Check your e-mail from the HTC unlock. They send an attachment with the unlock_code.bin file.

You can re-lock your phone by using the "fastboot oem lock" command in a cmd window. Check the superuser guide for more info.

At the bottom of his post is his "signature" which has a link to the BlackRose thread. You simply need to click that link and read all about BlackRose.

Stay on revolutionary. Anyone can feel free to correct me, but none of the custom roms here need the lib partition provided by the new hboots, you're losing cache and I haven't had any situation where I have actually required blackrose to do something that revolutionary cannot.
Didn't see this infill it was too late but I actually managed to install bkackrose hboot. And I can't see what the big deal about it is as you said. There's no major diffrence and it does exactly what revolutionary was doing for me. Maybe more trouble then what its worth (maybe) lol. Never the less I have it will keep it for a wile if it becomes no use I will go back to revoukutionary

I tried moonshine and it didn't work cause I have v2 hboot.
Tried rumrunner. It froze on me and I got stick in a bootloop. Locked boot loader and walla everything is okay. So Noe I have to ruu the old hboot and then unlock bootloader and then mooneshine.
Damn why can't someone make a one click root lol

Unfortunately you will have to use HTC Dev to unlock and root to use rumrunner. I haven't seen any other way but try looking for a way to root without unlocking.

1) The warranty isn't voided by unlocking.
2) You can unlock via HTC Dev then S-OFF using Rumrunner and change everything back to stock if needs be... HTC will never know

They shouldn't but don't take my word for it! I remember reading something like that.
When I had a One X I unlocked it via HTC dev and I could hand it in for warranty. (Wouldn't turn on).
On the other hand rumrunner shouldn't alert HTC that your device has been unlocked.

Wipes internal. After unlocking the bootloader it's just like turning on the phone the first time.

Does anyone notice that the calculator app disappears. I've found the sense calculator apk and re-installed it. In extreme power saver mode is when I noticed it gone. Installed the apk and all is well now. Also does anyone know what the app MobileZone is/does and can I uninstall it with no issues using titanium?

The calculator app is located in /data and gets deleted when you unlock your bootloader (along with a couple of other apps, as I recall).
