Help deciding

Hey guys! my Incredible S has been habi g issues with the charging lately, and dust has got into the front facing camera so I'm thinking some time soon it might be time to upgrade.
I have recently been offered a few phones and would appreciate your input,
The first is a HTC sensation, also a HTC vivid, a Motorola DROID RAZR, and a galaxy s2 lte
Which one would you go for? Or should I wait until my ics completely dies? All phones are being offered for 300 except the sensation at 250

Check each forum to see how active the devs are.
Personally id go with the galaxy or wait for other dual cores to drop in price.

check out forums on each device. For me its either, stick with ur Inc S, get sensation (they will have quite.a.few.sense 4 Rome or get.the s2

Nah, Note is a useless piece of junk compared to Evo.

whats a htc evo is that a mitsubushi car...well anyway the note is like carlsberg lager..probably the best in the world

Note is far better than evo 3d

I was waiting for the Note 2 to replace my Desire Z, when my small regional carrier started carrying the original Note with a nice subsidized price. So I decided to get the Note now. Impressed so far
My aging eyes love the large screen, and I'm not missing the Z's slide-out keyboard like I thought I might. I have it rooted and Titanium Backup running just fine.
Mine came with 4.0.3, so I updated to stock 4.0.4 from these forums. Now looking for a nice clean Touchwiz ROM to try.

S4 for me as well...probably use my upgrade to get the att variant...then ill sell it at close to full retail price and use that towards the international version

HTC One all the way , I know they sometimes disappointing but im inlove their phone LOL

If I had to choose between the two phones, I would choose the S4. The HTC One's issues with battery life is my biggest concern. I am probably not going to get either phone as my contract doesn't end till June 2014. If I was going to upgrade I was thinking about getting the Blu Life One, it is half the price, comes unlocked and there is no overlaying OS on top of Android.

A really nice phone for real except for the 2000 mAh battery

While the one looks impressive, after having 3 HTC phones and **** support for all 3 including the major issues devs have had with the devices I'm def going Samsung next. All HTC care about is selling devices then abandoning them, and while I still love the look and feel of HTC they have dug their own grave.

I'm magnum20, I'm coming from the droid incredible forum... yes you read that right, the droid incredible forum. All I can say wow, what difference this phone is compared to that one.

I'm new around here, coming over from the Samsung Epic 4G Touch (galaxy s2). Loving this phone, I have had 3 Samsung phones prior, and it's nice enjoying a change.

I'm coming from a Atrix to a IPhone 4 to a HTC Vivid to a skyrocket then A iPhone 4S then a IPhone 5 &Galaxy s3 then a LG OPTIMUS G and Now the HTC One(phone geek also).It feels great to have these boom sound speakers ,something I always wanted.Anyone else hesitant on a case since I'm just used to having a case? .I just purchased a Otterbox commuter ..any thoughts real quick?

Coming from a Hero to an Evo (OG) and don't have the H1 until May 1st. I have been waiting on this phone from the first time I heard of it. I was mostly okay until last Friday when I had to stop by Best Buy and hold one. Since then I have been going nuts. I will be waiting when they open on the 1st. Not really obsessed. Precious. ......

On a serious note. I work on everyone's computers but I have an Athlon 64. I work on everyone's phones but I've never had a great phone when it was still new, as in not obsolete. I am very psyched about finally having something good while it's still good.

I'm not exactly new here since I've been a member since I got my HTC HD2 way back. I've just never contributed much to these forums. But I've always come here to find new roms and try cool things. I then moved up to a galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch. I ended up hating that phone so much. Sprints updates really messed it up. So I finally have my HTC One and its the best phone I've ever had. I used to do a lot of different custom Roms on the HD2 but not so much on my newer phones these days. I've only rooted my HTC One for now. I kind of like the Rom that came on it.

Not new to XDA but pretty new to the One forum. I'm coming from the S3, and the following: Motorola Photon, S2, HTC Evo Shift, HTC Evo 4g, HTC Hero, Samsung Instinct 2, Samsung Instinct. I'm sure a few more where in there along the way.
HTC One is hands down the best phone i've owned.

oh yea oh yea oh ya!!
picked up my silver yesterday, coming from evo lte.
its a beauty, the main feature i chose this for was the front speakers. couldnt stand trying to watch a movie or vid clip and have to cup my hands in the back so sound can echo to the front.

Should i sell my AT&T Galaxy S4 for a HTC ONE?

I have a month old flawless condition Galaxy S4 White. I'm not to impressed with the Development for this phone lately as it hasn't really been out that much less than the HTC one yet has 1/4 of the development. Ive been with HTC Phones my entire life HTC EVO 4G HTC EVO 3D HTC REZOUND HTC AMAZE I even had a HTC TOUCH DIAMOND. And the last 2 phones I had were the GS4 and the Gnex. I love heavily modded and feature packed roms. And the HTC ONE has all of that. And Mikes rom is doing Amazing on this phone so quite frankly im jealous. I absolutely love my S4 and it does everything I need but me being a crack flasher idk what to do right now and im stuck.

You should do what you're heart tells you. If you want to stick with the S4 do it. If you want a HTC One, buy it Most of the people on the One forum will tell you to ditch the S4 and get a premium aluminum boomsound One ( including me ) Fact is that the S4 and the One both are great high-end devices with excellent development here on XDA. Just do what you think is best!

I'm very happy now, I remember them saying that the Snapdragon S4 would have tons of custom roms.. but the octacore version was much better off .
I think after using the note for a couple of months and I got the S4, I saw nothing different. I think it was software and the build of the phone that got me. Also the development .
