nAa kernel issue

Sometimes when the screen is off and i would like to turn on, and i press the middle button, but the screen doesn't appears. I need to pick out the battery, and put it back.
Sometimes when i rebooting, my phone is freeze, the screen is black, and don't happen anything. Again i need to pick out the battery and put it back.
Why?
I used MiniCM 2.1.6, GingerXperiaRay v003 and i had this problem with these roms. I think this is kernel problem.
Thanks for your answer and sorry for my bad english.
The best rom for me is gingerdx v22+alfs kernel v6.Also i haved this rom and i have the same problem and i flashed gingerdx v22 and didn't have of none problems.Sorry for my bad englisch.I am Poland.

I believe MiniCM7 2.1.9 is out, alongside nAa 11 kernel. The ROM has been thoroughly used by the community and most issues thrashed out. That's asides being a vast improvement over MiniCM7 2.1.6
I suggest you upgrade.

To make one thing clear right away...
There is NO such thing as DEMANDING a bug fix.
Just in case you failed to notice it - we are NOT getting paid for developing ROMs or Kernels.
That being said...
Screen displacements usually happen on Alfs when you overclock.
Lower your overclock or revert to stock clock speeds.
The exact cause of the problem isn't really known yet - it could relate to the Adreno libs or to the Kernel.
The problem will be fixed at some time, but "I want this fixed" is the wrong approach of yours.
EDIT: And in the meantime you may want to try the fix suggested by djnilsje I posted in the GDX Bugs & Solutions thread:
Problem: Screen cuts on Alfs NO FPS CAP
Solution: Flash to an FPS capped version of Alfs instead
I have that flickering problem in minicm7 2.1.9 too
I think it happens when i overclock cpu @ 825mhz

Try not being so anally retentive and a little more understanding, and grasp the context of what others are trying to say, because this isn't an American or British community forum, but, an international forum, and not everyone is fluent in English.
The word 'want' in some languages DOESN'T translate to DEMAND, but WISH, or WOULD LIKE. Verstehen?

no wifi on alfs8a
hi all.. i have alfs v8a, and ginger dx v28b, working great with an average antutu score of about 1940 when overclocked to 748.
i downloaded and installed ginger dx v29 and it is great, nice look, nice feel and all.
i got good signal, feels smooth, bluetooth is good and overall its great.
however, i have the same issues with most who are using this rom.
i did not notice the auto brightness if it is working, have not confirmed it yet for myself coz i only got the rom about an hour.
and the biggest issue is that wifi is not working. i dont know what i did wrong but i think i did evrythng ryt, i already flashed the libsensorspatch and still, wifi says error when turning it on.
i will attach a screenshot from my about phone so you guys can check if i have the right kernel for this.
as i saw this post from the dev section:

I have installed GDX v29 on stock kernel and i have no bugs except that when i have activated oc module it works aparently but decreases performance a little (i.e. without oc module v004 at 600 mhz antutu benchmark scores are 1656, but with oc module v004 at 748 1550-1640), this is a bug?

I have the same problem, and i think that the error is on /system/etc/init.d/10app2sd the script doesn't work on stock kernel.
Solution: I changed it to the 10app2sd GDX v28b version and now a2sd works correctly.

why would you open new thread for compas go in minicm7 thread and post or flash stock rom and use compas
have you tried using latest MiniCM7 nightly ?
Try the libsensors patch, I think it might help, but not sure.

There might be. That's not the point though.
If it doesn't work with alfs then it's screwed.
Try alfs and let us know how you get on..
Before i changed karnel to nAa 14 and android to MiniCM7 i had MiniCM6 1.0.2 and compass was working. It isn't working from the time i changed karnel and android.
Can i change nAa 14 to Alfs without data loss? Can i simply flash nAa 14 to Alfs and thats all?

I tested compass in 3 applications. In Google Maps and Smart Tools it won't work but in GPS Status it was working in 100% (gps was off so direction was determined by compass). I would like compass to also work in Google Maps.
But can i make compass working also with google maps?
And what is SDE? I was looking for it in google but i cant find it.
Refresh
I think that problem is not in karnel and room because it works in GPS Test.

[Q] Help with GingerDX v29

Hello there, i have a problem with gingerDx v29, im using v28 atm with alfs v09a, so far so good, but when i instal v29 i get a com.android.phone error as soon as i put the ping and then the error keeps looping. i tryed re-instal, wipe data, (wipe everything that i could with CMW actualy) but it still doesnt work, i read the forum in order to find an answer but didnt find it with this SO, (also tryed a solution that seams to work in others so like fix permisions). How do i solve this?
I really hate to bother but its been 5 days and i can make it work.
Thanks in advance!

im having a little screen moving problem, i think its the kernel alfs v9a, i'll try v8 and let you know
Edit; Alfs v8a solves the problem
Hey guys i'm having the same problem with the screen moving bug, it moves to the right a little bit. I tried alfs v8 and it solved the problem but I still don't think it's the best answer since the combo gdx v29 and alfs v8 has A LOT of battery drain on 3g and sync on (in 8 hours it drains 90 percent of the battery just in standby).
Is there any other thing I can do to fix this screen problem? If not i'll just go back to stock kernel
