Have you installed a custom rom or are you using a stock rom?
Don't forget to wipe data & wipe cache partition on your recovery mode
It is called boot loop..
Do wipe data and cache partition in recovery mode.
If this does not help and if you have nandroid backup than restore it using CWM...
or if you don't have it than just flash a fresh stock ROM
Using odin!

flash gingerbread via odin.
then install cwm recovery 4
then install cwm 5
wipe data and cache before and after flashin a new rom of ur choice...
Lol. I faced this problem long time back. Do this-
Flash stock Rom with help of Odin.
After it tells pass, you ll boot loop. Its normal.
Remove usb.
Remove battery and put it back while its boot looping.
Go to "Stock Recovery" and then clear user data and cache.
Reboot and wait. Might take around 1min-5min max. Good luck.
Hi, I need some advice to all experience user. My phone stuck at note 7000 logo and not able to boot.
-Original at cm9 panaroid rom
-Flash abyss touch redpill kernel thru mobile odin.
-after flashed abyss kernel the phone auto restart and unable to boot and stuck at samsung logo for about 15 second and the screen turn in black.
-Then me unplug the battery and put it back and press the combo button into boot the recovery mode. It success, it show touchred pill recovery.
-in touchredpill im clear cache abd dalvik cache only ( no factory reset ) then reboot system again. But still same stuck at samsung logo for a while and screen off.
I need some advice or you guys here before i do any step to salvage my phone. I scare of superbrick issue.
Thanks in advance.

Does your phone go to download mode ? (Vol down+home+power)
if yes you can try to flash a rom with ODIN like broodmod
You tried to go to recovery mode and wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache partition after you flashed the phone? I have had the same problem yesterday but I solved like I said.
If your phone is restarting at 2nd Samsung logo, try to flash ClockWorkMod, after this enter to it, format all partitions and then flash any ROM.

In the recovery mode i have done factory reset/wipe data and wipe cache, then i rebooted the device and its working perfectly fine.
Just a litle bit game of buttons could make such a big difference
Thanks a ton....yeah it worked for me too on Galaxy Note 2
