To anyone thinking of giving it a try, I'd recommend it as a great improvement over the stock browser.
has anyone tried installing the apk onto the gingerbread rom?
I tried and it couldn't be installed on gingerbread.(I'm using cm7 now)But I used to try it on ics,and it works.

Who says it's incompatible? Play store? Install it manually then let's say from 4shared. Or extract one from aosp rom

Support FLASH PLAYER !!!

I have using rooted 2.3.3 original rom....
So , my question is ,
how to support flash player in rooted ace....???
Thanks in advance...
Sent from my GT-S5830 using xda premium
I've heard of flash player 11 working on our ace but I've never been to see/try it. You'll have to try it yourself by searching.

Roms with flash player included use the same flash player that posted Lovetz...
True , but in this case it is not using so many prcious space...
I know that there are some tricks ,but the simplest way is to have it inside ROM already....

Use the same space because Flash player files are THE SAME so...
But you can barebone your rom deleting useless files/apk/libs to get free space. Due to this you think custom roms don't waste a precious space, but it's the same
Guys, I tried it. For me it doesn't work. I flashed the package through CWM and then I placed the lib files. Anyone tried the flash player before?

I also tried this method...
But , it is not working...
Sent from my GT-S5830 using xda premium
I tried it again now this time i used the other method. I installed the apk, placed lib files and still doesnt work.. strange
edit: now i get it working

here how I get it workin:
-Install the flash player app
-reboot (important!)
-place the .so files from lib.zip into /data/data/com.adobe.flashplayer/lib/(HERE) and give all 4 .so files the right permissions (rwrr)
-reboot again
-now test and enjoy
but remember it could be laggy. overclocking helps to make the flash player workibg smoother.
hope i could help u and all others
