I want to change xtrabass levels on stock music player.I want more bass.Is it just about editing stock music.apk or I have to edit sound libs?
i'm sure that it is the apk itself.. just like the other music player (jetaudio, player pro), they give great bass.. btw, why not using beats audio to add bass while using stock music apk?

Hi guys,
I decided that I want to use winamp as my default music player for several reasons... however, I like the srs and dolby effects that the stock music player has.
Is there any way to have those (especially the srs) with winamp???
thanks in advance.

you can use poweramp it has an equalizer which can simulate the SRS effect also you can use dsp manager but on some roms its a battery drainer.
Yeah, PowerAMP is awesome. Get it.
I do have it as well. The thing is Winamp reacts to my headphones controls.
So I'm loving GB and the new features so far but I have a question. Is there any way to get the Dolby digital working in other apps besides the stock media player? I use spotify as my primary music player as I don't have any music of my own. So it would be awesome to listen in high quality stereo. Thx

I have tested many audioplayers, and this player I find best suited for my Philips Downbeat IEMs. It has the same control levels for several settings and the best is that these controls are not preset. But the interface as a music player is terrible, real crazy. I really dont understand it.
Would there be a way to modify the front end so it would look like Apollo or Google Music Player?

Can we port Sammy Music Player for CMs
Because of Reverb and Room Size
The Reverbs From DSP Manager isn't enough, to replace the sammy ones
Or if someone know an EQ app that has the same Reverb and Room size effects

As far as I know, like most Samsung apps, the Music player also requires TouchWiz framework in order to run... without TouchWiz it won't run... The closest thing anyone can do would be to theme a music player to make it look like Samsung's music player...
You can try Apollo or Google Music player - in my opinion, they are better than Samsung's music player... And for equalizers, you can try Music FX or Beats right?
Or try Audio engines like Pure Audio, AC!D or Viper....

I think the widget comes with the Music player only.. There is no separate apk file for just the widget.
I mainly have been using Google Play Music cause of the cool Media Controller that is colored by the album and liked it but others have been using others such as PowerAMP or Samsung Music, etc and wanted to see what you all recommend for music playing and also Samsung Sound Effects such as Surround/Dolby Atmos, Concert Hall, Audio Preset, etc.
Current Config
Player: Google Play Music (cause Album colored Media Controller)
Sound Effects:
Surround/Dolby Atmos: Off
UHQ Upscaler: On (Bit and Bandwidth Upscale)
Concert Hall: On
Preset: Normal
Adapt Sound: Custom
Spotify.
Dolby atmos on.
Custom sound on. Depending where I play. I got profiles to use on my car ICE, wired headphones and BT headphones.
I find dolby atmos improve spotify by far.. Before it spotify sound quality sucks

I've been going back and forth between PowerAmp and N7.
So far trying PowerAmp and sounds the same until I switch to this preset.
EQ: Speakers (Loud)
Reverb: Off
Resampler: SoX 99.0%
Output: Hi-Res, Sample 384kHz from 48kHz
Buffer: Normal
DVC: ON
MusicFX: OFF
Any PowerAmp users want to share their profiles or suggest changes to mine?
I just use the stock Samsung Music Player that comes bundled with the Samsung OS. It is pretty good and plays whatever I want. Seeing as I keep all my music stored locally on my microSDcard.
