Overview
Custom ROM Galaxy Mini iCUSTOM DXKT6 is moddified from STOCK ROM S5570DXKT6 and custom ROM SAE-DXKT6 by Muluk (member group FB lilG). The ideas to created iCUSTOM DXKT6:
1. As a follow-up (update) of the custom ROM iCUSTOM DXKPD. The difference between them (iCUSTOM DXKPD with iCUSTOM DXKT6) lies only in the kernel. Kernel in iCUSTOM DXKPD is not support script a2sd to extend the internal memory, while the kernel on this iCUSTOM DXKT6 already support script a2sd (default a2sd darktremor).
2. to fulfill for Galaxy Mini user's needed in general. Capabilities offered are to OC ( Overclock ) securely using the app NoFrills Controller CPU and can extend the internal memory as desired using Terminal Emulator (default: app Shell Commander).
3. Thinks "Simple". Not many features are given, but all the necessary needs by user have accommodated. Starting from the extend internal memory, OC to play games HD, change the theme (UI), phone / message, multimedia, online, etc.
iCUSTOM DXKT6 is very well suited for:
- Users in general, prefer the Galaxy Mini because of its functional, and
- For daily use.
What changes are there in iCUSTOM DXKT6?

Base on S5570DXKT6
1. Using the kernel of dev godell.
2. Change default apps icon to iphone icon.
3. Support custom bootanimation.zip.
4. Adding features 14 toggles the Quick Panel / Notification Bar. Note: Flashlight menu can not be used, because Galmin not have flash lights.
5. Change the startup sound.
6. Changing the font to multyread font. So that it can read text written by BB users.
7. Remove some stock apps, like quick office. You can install itself from the Play Store.
8. Adding applications NoFrillsCPU Control for Overclocking.
9. Adding applications Shell Commander to enable a2sd (extend internal memory).
10. Automatic Root (superuser activated).

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Android version that used minimum of Android 2.3.4
2. Have been installed CWM (Clock Work Mode).
INSTALLATION PROCESS:
1. Save GTS5570_iCUSTOM_DXKT6.zip to sdcard.
2. Go to CWM.
3. wipe data / reset.
4. install zip from sd >> choose zip from sdcard >> select GTS5570_iCUSTOM_DXKT6.zip
5. Do wipe data / reset again.
6. reboot system now .

[Tutorial] How to enable Extend Internal Memory
1. SD Card Condition is partitioned into 2. Detail tutor for partition: here.
2. open the app Shell Commander.
3. Warning message appears, select I agree, and then Go.

May i know how to change it's font?... and how will i know if the internal memory is already extended after using shell commander?.. on task manager still on 178MB storage capacity... with 7.3MB used...

I don't know exactly how to adding language, because we must do pack and repack the apk. I ever tried it, but failed while doing repack the apk.

Section I : Flashing DarkMoon V1 Rom
What you need:
1.Root (SuperOneClick for CLShortFuse)
2.Custom recovery (Custom Recovery P500 for drellisdee)
3.DarkMoon Rom
(V01 from here)

How to flash:
1. Reboot into recovery (hold Home+Down+On keys)
2. Make Nandroid backup
3. Partition your SDcard , we need (swap: 0) and (ext: 512 or more (i like to choose 1024))
4. upgrade ext2-ext3, and then ext3-ext4 .
5. wipe all your data (cache,dalvik-cache,ext,.android....)
6. Copy DarkMoon rom by selection (USB-MS toggle) then after finish copying disconnect it.
7. Flash by choosing (flash zip from sdcard) and select DarkMoon_V1.zip
8. After flash complete choose "Reboot system now"
thats it!!!
P.S:
*remember, you need to wait for 5-10 minute after the first boot, its normal !
Section II : OverClock
If you want to overclock your phone to 728Mhz (which is very stable for me) then you need:
1. download drellisdee OC kernel from here ([GPL] GNM OC BETA [p500 & p509] Kernel) . read the post carefully and donate to him if you can!
2. Reboot into recovery (hold Home+Down+On keys)
3. Make Nandroid backup (just in case!)
4. Flash by choosing (flash zip from sdcard) and select (signed_thunderg_oc_beta_gnm.zip)
5. After flashing complete reboot your device.
6. Install coolbho3000 SetCPU from here ( SetCPU for Root Users ) . read the post carefully and donate to him if you can!
7. Open SetCPU apps. and give him root permission
8. Slide to the speed you want (speed around 728Mhz is stable for me!)
P.S
if your device freeze when using setcpu or after you set higher speeds dont worry, just reboot your device and your CPU speed will go back to 600 again, try lower value for OC.

d) 748Mhz isn't stable for everyone, 728Mhz is safer and even so... Megatron is 728Mhz and gave 2 people problems in demanding situations, hence my recompilation to allow 691Mhz @ void ROM.

no no, change to 728Mhz because drellisdee's kernel doesn't accept 691Mhz.
only my version of drellisdee's kernel (included on void) accepts that clock.

Thanks, this is great stuff. Just one question, I'm getting a notification about a newer version v10c ready for download from time to time, possibly only when I'm connected to wifi, do you know if there's a way to disable that? I've tried to remove the update notification app but it can't be uninstalled from the phone and I can't find it under /system/app/ either.

you need a root explorer, then go to /system/etc/security , there is file called otacerts.zip rename it to anything else "otacerts.zip.bak" i am not sure about this way, but there is better method , its by making the phone thinks it has the latest update by doing this:
1.you need root explorer
2.open /system/build.prop for editing
3.find something like this
"ro.build.id=FRF91" and change it to "ro.build.id=FRG83"
4.find
"ro.build.fingerprint=LGE/................./FRF91/e....." and change FRF91 to FRG83
5.reboot
or do the both way!!!
Thanks but I had found Notifications.apk under /system/app which looked like it could be the "update notification" (it had the same icon in one of the resource directories), so I deleted it and at least it disappeared from the list of installed apps. I hope it doesn't break anything else.

The date was meant to be an eight not three. Thanks forpointing that out. It does tell you the android version and it does have a download link. Its because youre viewing from a mobile device so you cant see the text ive insertedin the quotes which come up blank on xda app.

Yeah and where am i going to get a gingerbread sense rom ? Im not as advanced in making roms as others such as emiliano. This is the only arabic deodexed rom that i actually use as it has a lot of internal memory. I tailor made it for my needs. I know alot of arabic users who have only have one rom to use and i made one for myself. The harsh reality is that you were too stingy as to not buy a phone good enough for your needs as the wildfire is not powerful enough to handle gingerbread with sense. You might as well upgrade phones.
Whats wrong with variety in roms? You should count yourself lucky that the wildfire rom has a wide range of roms. The wildfire s has hardly any roms.

Actually I don't know many things about making / modding / customizing ROM with adding bla.. bla.. bla.. to increase the performance, more stable, make great UI, etc..
But I think this is a great custom rom for our galaxy mini. Basically this rom is very stable, fast and good responses!!!
This ROM is moddified from MiniMod X ROM by r33p. Thanks a lot for him.

How to Flash this ROM?
1. Upgrade to Gingerbread firmware (very recommended using S5570XXKPK). Flash it via Odin. [Guide]
2. Install CWM. [Guide]
3. Download GAFATAR ROM and save it on the root your SD card.
4. Turn off the phone and go to Recovery Mode (by pressing Power Button + Home Button).
5. Wipe Data/Cache
6. Install zip from sd card >> choose GAFATAR ROM (.zip)
7. Wait untill completed. Then Reboot system now!
NOTES:
This custom ROM will works fine based on firmware: S5570XXKPK.

I don't know exactly but to active app2sd, open a2sdGUI app, go to Dalvik tab and set to SD-EXT > Move.
And to OC, I never try. Because I use this ROM just for ordinary function (calling, messaging, office, connect internet, browsing, chatting, multimedia and sometime playing game).

No, because this is based on Europe Firmware ver. XXKPK and I have not tried to add Asian languages. .

Yeah,..! I'm so sorry because of that.
I already said in page one, this ROM just for ordinary function / communication.
The benefit are easy to root and support a2sdgui. Because official rom have not support a2sdgui and the last ver. (2.3.5) can't be rooted.

This is the first post that gives you miui rom based on the work of our great Dev - JasonStein. I'v used his tool and these are the results..
Avicho MIUI ROM
This is the most updated Miui Rom - 2.3.23 including the English, chinese, Hebrew(Full UI Translate, RTL support and Hebrew T9 dialer) Languages.
Enjoy.. and remember I'm not a developer...
Use doom's miui kernel or blendmiui kernel(my favorite..)
This Miui Rom needs baseband 56 to run - If you don't have this Baseband

Install instructions:
1. Put the rom zip file in your sd card
2. Make sure you have the desired kernel - doom's miui kernel or blendmiui v09(my favorite) kernel. if not flash it using fastboot.
3. Recomended - wipe data factory and cache, especially if u come from other rom (like stock or cm7), if not it's not so important
4. Flash the rom using the cwm recovery.
5. Reset and enjoy.

Hello, thank you for your ROM update. Just FYI, MIUI extended settings (the version for 1.11.25) is not working with your version. Something you removed or added to this ROM broke the update. But everything else seems to be working fine.

I found a solution to this problem - download the attached files and put them on your sd card. the file named "Signed_NoOverscroll.v1" flash through the recovery but before you flash this file mount the "/data" and the "/system" through the cwm recovery 'mount' menu (it's easy). after the mount thing flash the file and reboot.
Then go to file manager program (like es file explorer) and then install the MIUIsettings.apk file(check before that you can install file from unknown sources in the aplications settings). After this easy operations u will enjoy the "miui control" app.
Anyway, I'm here to help.

How much internal memory is available after installing this great ROM? And if I use INT2EXT script can this help to help to get mote internal memory? My daughter use the phone to plau some big apps and than the phone gets slow. I do not know how this is with this ROM?

After installing the ROM, around 120Mb is free in data/internal memory. Yes you can use int2ext script to increase the internal memory. For this you simply have to type su in Terminal emulator and then int2ext.. Be sure to have ext partition created in your SD card..:good:
Hi I have problem with keyboard. First time I selected Xperia Keyboard and after Rom finished aand reboot I can not type words. After that I tried to install the rom again with Latin IME, but same result. In settings language and input-->keyboard--> I see standard not Lantin IME. Can someone help me??

For me it's not laggy but smooth... You can also try to overclock your device to 768 Mhz maximum and use ondemand governor.

For best results you should use Swap and recommended partition size for default installation of this rom is around 195 Mb RAM..

And you should put the neko95, the 'Int2 ext via terminal emulator(Type int2ext to enable the script and reboot)(To disable it type int2extoff)' it's the neko95 work.

but when I reboot swap is still disabled. Why?

I get the same message... and sadly the same result, no swap.
On other roms swap was always enabled, here I can't enable it.
Any suggestion for why this happens and how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance for your help!
EDIT: I have finally enabled swap! :victory:
I checked the swap script in init.d directory and I saw that it requires an ext3 partition as second partition, that I hadn't before.
I think that in other roms it wasn't necessary, because swap was enabled without any problem.
When I created ext3 partition (minimum size), finally swap was enabled. :highfive:
