Go Launcher with black glass theme. Just 2 screens for now, trying to keep it simple.

GO Launcher EX with Black Glass Theme, Beautiful Widgets Brushed Steel skin, and Mini Info widget.

This was taken a week or so ago but it's still the same. Using widget locker.
Launcher Pro Plus, Circle Battery Widget, Android Power Widget, 3D Gallery Picture Frame Widget and Dexter my dog.

I have changed mine ever so slightly but here it is
1 screen only that holds everything I need.

The lock screen I got from Zedge, search for Captain America. The patterned home screen is from Flikies HD wallpaper app, under Patterns. I'm using the free ADW.

Look for circle battery widget in the market. It's pretty cool and you can tweak the colors.

How do you guys get all these screens looking so different? is it apps you are downloading? I hear people refering to thriller ROM? whats that exactly? i still have the same plain icons and 5 screens with a plain backround? im assuming all these things are in the widgets??

There are alternate home launchers available. Search the market for LauncherPro, ADW, or GoLauncher. There are tons more out there but those 3 are the big ones.
They allow you to theme your phone a little more, change icons, some come with custom Widgets.
And yes certain apps come with Widgets you can add to your screens too.

Been playing around with Apex for awhile now but the Xperia S Launcher has caught my eye. Probably going to give that a go for a bit and see how I like it.

I personally use Nova because it comes with AOKP, I like Apex too, but I haven't sat down and fully customized it.

Launcher of choice (atm) is Apex (Free).
It's almost perfect except that it doesn't allow you to drag-and-drop home screens. I heavily customised my main screen, before switching from 5 home screens to 3. Needless to say, it was irritating to setup everything once again.
I tried Nova, but the free version doesn't allow you to hide apps from the drawer. Deal-breaker.

If I'm not using Trebuchet, I'm using Nova. I've been on Nova for a while now and it's definitely my favorite 3rd party launcher besides Trebuchet.

Depends on what my mood is... (and my current theme)
Mainly its Apex Pro but occasionally when I'm fed up with icons not being themed, I switch to Nova Prime for a while...

Buzz launcher. Nice and customizable laucher.

I'm actually using Launcher8 free. I like the look of the Metro UI but I don't think I could do windows mobile for longer then maybe a day or two.

Nova Prime, 100% all the time. Its the best!

It's the only app I've actually bought for any smartphone. Although I do miss the circles widget. Does anyone know of a way to remove or circumvent the launcher requirement?

Probably framework dependant or someone probably would've done it. I'm with you on Nova, only app I've ever bought ever. Best decision yet.

I use Holo Launcher Pro. Only Pro launcher I've paid for. Plenty of options, ways to change icon/text sizes (damn helpful when DPI tweaking), uses icon themes for other launchers. It also has a GB version for older phones so I can have the same looking launcher on my Defy running CM7 or my Atrix HD running PAC 4.3 and anything in between.

Nope. Tried and it checks for the Moto Launcher. If it was possible, we'd all know about it. Good news is the Ultra Launcher scales DPI properly...err...better....so it doesn't suck with PAC now.

I think it does but haven't tried it yet. I'll try in a bit. I generally like the look of stock launcher but I miss all the features from Nova and Action launcher 3

Interesting to see you say that. I've been struggling trying to settle on a good messaging app between Verizon's message+, hangouts or stock messaging app. I have actually been using the message+ app for a while because I'm able to send video clips of kids to grandparents and any time I try with one of the other messaging apps it says the video you are trying to send is too big. What makes you not like the message+ app?
