[REQ]Stock MMS.apk - Galaxy Ace S5830 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I need that file, please actually my mms.apk fc just tat guys please
Sent from my GT-S5830 using XDA premium with StockLite v7.1 rom

If you are using a rom (like stocklite) open the zip, go to System/app and get the mms.apk from there. Then put it in your phone inside system/app with rw-r-r permissions. This goes for any system app for any rom.

Can I use cm9's phone.apk & contacts.apk in rooted stock LPF rom?
Or is there any mods can show larger contact picture during in call like cm9?

Try it, install it as user app (don't delete stock apps). This certainly won't brick your phone.
Thx for your reply!

Push it to /system/app/ using Root explorer or similar app.. Then change the permissions to rw-r--r-- and reboot
Ok, so I downloaded root browser lite and moved theme chooser apk file in system/app and changed permission to rw-r--r-- and rebooted. Theme chooser wasnt in my app drawer, so I tried to install it from system/app but it still gives me "not installed" message

644 is -rw-r--r--
.so files move to lib folder - set premissions to 644
.apk files move to app folder - set premissions to 644
After that delete or remove your original LGIME.apk and LGIMEI.odex files, reboot your phone and thats it, u have new keyboard
Not working can someone upload the original .so files from /lib?

1. Extract the file
2. Replace "hosts" file in /system/etc
3. Mount /system as R/W and set the permissions as "rw-r-r" then unmount /system as R/O
This should work on any rom
