I don't know about you guys but I haven't been giving my phone ANY attention after I picked up my N7. I love this thing. I have the galaxy s2 skyrocket and it doesn't even compare to the joy I get out of my tablet.

it does now cuz jelly bean is now on it(;
I do, because I also got a SGS3 within days of it, making it 2 new devices. LOL
Nope lol.
And after a good while on my Tablet, When i pickup my SG2 if feels like its shrank lol.
I start to struggle to look at the screen and text lol
My Trophy, about the same as always ( I love my phone & the fact it runs WP7!) I have though dug out my old HD2 & flashed ICS to its nand memory as I have very little experience with Android and am loving it, I love being able to mess around with settings & tweak stuff, is making me more excited to get my Nexus 7 with all its quad core JellyBean goodness!!
Lol I know I have to squint when I look at the phone now. Also my s2 doesn't have HD screen so it looks like crap next to my N7. I love this thing.

I have because I got my gnex the same day I got my 7. Lol

Isn't the nexus the same as the N7? Pretty much I mean. I heard somewhere that its kind of like a blown up nexus running jelly bean? I never played around with a galaxy nexus.

My phone has lasted for 3 days without charging (since I got my N7)
First time ever
Yes and praise baby Jesus for that. Before this I was constantly checking the evo lte forums for some jelly bean, or even just some aosp love. The n7 has definitely distracted me from that. Now I just pick my phone to see if I have an lte signal

Get tablet talk. Sync text to your tablet from your phone.

Couple articles are reporting that the N4 is getting an update and now being shipped with 4.2.2. Still no change log reported. Anyone have the details on when and what we will get in 4.2.2 on the nexus 7?

Since the Nexus 7 is a Nexus device, if there is indeed a 4.2.2, we will be getting it very soon.

I just bought and returned the Nyko Playpad because it couldn't connect to the Nexus 7. I searched online and it was a known issue since last year. I read in a Nyko tweet that it was due to the JellyBean update and Google is well aware of it, so yeah there could be something to this, since this Nvidia Tegra contoller has been needing a fix since the last update of it's Nyko Playground app last October.
I know while surfing Google currents Engadget and I think android police had the articles.

Supposedly JDP66 is the N10 4.2.2 build that's coming, popping on benchmark sites, prob will be what N7 gets since 4.2.1 on all my devices is JOP40D
Code:
Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 4.2.2; Nexus 10 Build/JDP66) AppleWebKit/535.19 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/18.0.1025.166 Safari/535.19

Does this mean they'll be fixing the Bluetooth stuttering?
If there's one single thing they needed to address, it was the broke-ass bluetooth.

That build number is fake. Unless it is a typo...because build numbers have always been 3 letters, 2 numbers, 1 letter: IMM76L, JRO03C, JOP40D, etc.
EDIT: or possibly a placeholder.

Yes, you can expect a letter after the 66.. whether it is fake remains to be seen. Just passing on what information I have seen about it so far over in the N10 forum.

Let's hope so. Bluetooth issues on a tablet are a problem, but on a phone they'd be a deal killer.
To be honest, they need to fix more than just the bluetooth issue...

My 15 mos. old rooted HTC DI2 running ICS have no issues with Bluetooth, including Skype (soon to replace MSN Messenger, arrrrhhhh) and Google Voice or GrooVe IP when calling, crystal clear. N7 running 4.1.2 on rooted stock rom & kernel is fine, Bluetooth is fine but "playing" now with 4.2.1 - BT is a P I T A - no matter how I try to tweak it, whether I'm using the Jabra or 1 of the 2 Moto headset.
Benchmark-wise, not that I am chasing for a high Quadrant score as the CPU/device is plentiful fast for my purposes without OC/UV - 4.1.2 has clearly the upper hand, whether it's stock rom & kernel or custom rom/factory kernl or stock rom/custom kernel.
Fortunately, Stickmount is working on 4.1.2 with my choice of roms at the moment, MoDaCo's Jr13 with franco - and, it's a "messy" one with the sdcard directory layout for the recovery whereas with 4.1.2 - everything on it is easily accessible for backup & restoring with CWM.
Just my 2 cents, as a disclaimer - YMMV - of course.
Some rumours here about the Nexus 4 shipping with 4.2.2 http://crave.cnet.co.uk/mobiles/google-nexus-4-spotted-running-android-4-2-2-jelly-bean-50010145/ So hopefully its not that far off for the N7.

Hi all. I recently bought another S3 4G and it feels no where near as good as my old S3 is there a way to tell if I have received a clone phone? It says galaxy S3 and I successfully installed ripper rom on it but it just don't feel right.
Also what is a room that has 0 system apps on it and is bare so I can start from scratch?
Thanks

Simply put: If it says it registers to be a SGS III and you can install a ROM that is device specific then it is an S III. If you are still curious though try finding a hardware reading or something and compare it to normal S IIIs

Hahaha I can imagine the feeling actually, well enjoy and I strongly recommend Liquid Smooth ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2149746), it is basically the same as Cyanogenmod (both AOSP) but unlike CM it has an official build, less bugs (in my experience), proper support and a proper maintainer though it would not be there if not for CodeWorkx so many thanks to him.

Yes I have it on my phone, it has never bugged flashing. If it were to have the Samsung features then it would have a crap load of bloatware on it, making it slower etc. It doesn't even come with the calendar installed so it doesn't like bloatware (excluding GTalk)

Can anyone say what the absolute blazing edge latest most recent firmware version is for Samsung Galaxy s3 mini international.

Still doesn't work on my Android 4.1.2 Samsung Galaxy S3.
But works fine on my wife's Android 4.1.1 Samsung Galaxy S3.
Same carrier, same network, different color - mine is pebble blue, wife's is white, but I refuse to believe the white model is better than pebble blue.
So at least in my case it seems to Android 4.1.2 specifically. :\
