[icons] Your favorite icons...looking for the best

I realized I'm still using icon packs from my gingerbread days, decided to look around some local forums for something modern. I was surprised how nice the quality is on a few of these. I also realized all the fun stuff I'm missing by sticking strictly to the ns4g forum ( careful, dark waters)
Obviously this is not my work, period... just promoting a few things worth mentioning.
I'm happy to remove and add links upon request. Please feel free to link your favorites.

Will ad more as available. Installation instructions may differ, please refer to link. For the most part, icons are usually contained in a .zip file in .PNG format. You will need a home launcher capable of using custom icons. Simply navigate to the extracted zip file within your launcher by highlighting the icon ( using nova prime here) choose the correct icon.PNG and done. I'm sure that there are easier ways. If so, please let me know
Stock icons are located within the apk itself. To replace the icons in a stock launcher, you can manually replace them one by one. Not sure of the exact process there, maybe someone can elaborate.

Nice choices, you have good taste. The three packs you've linked are sweet - nice departure from the ubiquitous square miui-style icons.
I can't track down links while on my phone, but my faves are Scrambble (yes, 2 B's), Darkerize, and Rounds v1. I'll try to post links when I get to a PC, but the last two are found in xda and Scrambble came from Droid Pirate.

Cool stuff, really polished work

I'm partial to the Eyefold icons for ADW. Yeah they're old... but what's great is there is an icon for EVERYTHING. And what you can't find with the given Eyefold icons, you can download from the app "ThaIconUltimate".

Idk if they are technically 3D but they definitely have some interesting layers.

A very simple icon set I did on my spare time hope you guy like them.
Please comment to your hearts content I like feedback and be nice. This is the first icon set I have made and I
did utilize other's work but they are under the creative common license so they are free to use and full credit is given checkout their
website! [wpzoom.com] they have many other icon sets. I just created the base and chose the colors and did all the work to make them look nice.
I created a new forum so that I am able to grab more spots in the front page to better provide updates on my icons. The difference between these and the old set is simply the better base! I made them so the the corners do not look as ugly, it will improve the way they look on MIUI and also I deleted the the shadow that I felt did not really add anything to the base, so they will look better!

Is there a chance to provide us with a .xcf/.psd so we can produce new ones rather then bombard you with requests?

thanks! yeah this is an entirely new base, they are more squared which in my opinion looks way better. And yes with the gotheme or my adw theme they are usable with apex or nova launcher but they are a buck. I am going to provide regular updates. It is currently long due for one but school took out most of my time, now I am home and ready to start making more

your going to want the gotheme then it will work perfectly with apex and novalauncher! ETA: this upcoming Monday. Plan on theming at least 600 icons before release
got any that you want to see for sure in there?
just so you know it will be 1.50 but trust me, I will be updating the heck out of that theme so it will be worth it. Way better than adw and golauncher.

Based on the transplacid-zip, I think it already covered the icons I want except for Draw Something & Temple Run: Brave.
It'll definitely be worth buying this icon pack.

The Jelly Bean wallpaper look very good with transplacid !

Thanks to all the designers that helped contribute to this. Special thanks to Vanessaem for helping me get the final icon done because this wasn't coming out until I had all the processes right.
All feedback is welcome. I know everyone gets a limited number but please throw me a thanks if you enjoy the set. They took a lot of work to get set up and polished.
If you have requests for additional icons leave them here and I'll add them as I can. An ADW/LP, etc icon set is a possibility if there's enough interest. Paid/Premium apps have alternate versions in some cases and if you're in the mood you can unpack the set and switch to your delight. :laugh:

Usually i just a silent reader in this section and never post anything here, just enjoying the good view but, this icons are totally made me feels extremely excited because it is very different. That worths more than "thanks" and "wow"!! It is simply awesome, unique and original.. wow!!
will it be available in .mtz format for miui v4? Once again, really awesome mate.. All this while i saw all icons are pretty much the same in terms of concept and yours is very unique.

Yeah, they are a V4 setup as of now which I'm hoping will still be backwards compatible for GB users and for people using ADW and whatnot to convert it.

I'm pretty sure that if you put out the 45 you have now that they'd be a super big hit just my personal opinion I just spent 6 hours redoing my entire phone and if you put these bad boys out I wouldn't even hesitate to switch it up again can not wait for the release

Also a suggestion for future. Do colors like red blue and green but like a matte color. Like a cream color white I am just saying that there is endless choices for you to do with these ill edit here in a min if I can find the colors I had in mind

More colors are possible. It will take a bit though because I didn't make xcfs for all of these so some I will have to go back and redo, but I might be able to use some of the color tools to just shift the white to a hue and leave the black untouched. I'll see what I can make happen.

great set of icons, something different

[Icons][RELEASE] Neo Flats

I've come across tons of great icon sets, and while I have used a lot of them sometimes I want one that truly matches (color wise) the theme I'm currently using. That's when I came up with an idea.
A simple yet nice looking icon set where I can let other users not just request icons for particular apps but also request a 2-3 color scheme of their choosing.

Officially I'm supporting Apex/Nova (well those are what I use to test but they'll probably work with some other launchers that I'll test at another time)...seeing as this was my first attempt in building apps if there's any problem with the apks let me know and I'll try to fix them the best I can.
I know there are some major apps that may be missing this time around so just point them out and those will be the first ones I add in the next release.
Also like stated above I'll take ANY color request as long as it's 2-3 colors...posting the hex codes will be a big help as well so I can get them exactly the way you want them.
I'll upload the zips tomorrow for anybody who wants them.

The previews are ones that I'm using/have used and depending on the response I get there will be MANY more to choose from when I officially release them. Now while I have see a good amount of icons I haven't seen them all, so if somebody else has something like this just point me to it and I'll go back to the drawing board (although the color request will remain the same).

That's not necessary. Just need to show where you connected the led, type of led, and how it was mounted. If ppl dont know how to cut through some plastic, then they really shouldnt be doing this, lol.
