Not sure if this will work for anyone else but I wanted to share a quick note about my moko replacement case shipping experience. I am an Amazon Prime member so I get free 2 day shipping. When I looked at the non prime 2 day shipping the price was over $7, however after I logged in to prime it was only $3.99 for 1 day shipping. I decided to take the chance and order the device with my prime account and get the one day shipping.
MOKO actually refunded me the price of the device as well as the overnight shipping charges without question! Thought I would share this for other prime members! No need to wait 2 days if they will refund you for overnight.

They said to order overnight shipping if you are a prime member in the email they sent and said they would reimburse for the cost of the case plus shipping. Glad to see that's really the case.

Sucks, I ordered a refurb one yesterday for $225, I emailed them to see if I can get them to just refund the $35 as I don't have enough left on my paypal to buy a second one at $190 and just wait til I can send the other one back. Hopefully they still have them available in like a week so I can still get the savings.

I have decided I no longer want to use Paypal anymore so I was looking at alternatives for buying/selling online.
Does anyone on here use/trust Amazon Payments?
I know the marketplace rules seem to only focus on Paypal, but Amazon Payments seems to have all the same protections for both parties so it seems to me that its a viable alternative. Even better they dont charge a fee!

Free 2 day shipping, cheap overnight shipping, Amazon Instant Video subscription, you can even SHARE your prime membership with other people (significant other, parent, children) so they have their own Prime membership. :good::good: Two thumbs up for Prime.

I ordered a 16gb nexus 7 on the Play Store a couple of weeks ago. Then found them for sale in currys last week, so bought one. It is an awesome and extremely addictive device!
I cancelled the Play Store order but they still shipped it!

You are covered under distance selling regulations, you do not have to pay restocking fee, it should say not applicable to EU and Australia, not sure about delivery, check t and c
Easiest way is to refuse delivery, that is what Google recommends

Yes, distance selling regulations give you too weeks to return no questions asked as long as the box is unopened. You may have to swallow the shipping charge but its better than selling it.
to clarify DSR
You have 7 working days from contract (receipt of.goods) to notify cancellation in form of durable medium, eg email not phone call.
You then have to return goods within a reasonable time period.
You do not have to pay cost for returning items if it is not explicitly written in contact.
You do not have to pay any other fee such as admin or restocking fee.
This is only DSR, returning because you didn't like it when opened doesn't count, in this case follows company returns policy.

this is the kind of tactics these suck people use.. The deal you describe could apply to any item from what im reading not Just this case.. So the case is not 1.99.. You title is very misleading..
Not everyone is looking to buy something on amazon right NOW.. and to buy something else to get a deal on this is not really a deal at at.. Kinda like the whole NOW OUT OF BUSINESS CIRCUIT CITY Rebate cash cards . they passed out like candy making you spend even more to use them..

guess the item is no longer available from amazon causes some confusion
the case was listed as 1.99 as an add on item, amazon has a add on item program where you basically get it at a promo price when you spend a certain amount
when you don't want to spend the 25 minimum you can still get the item by order it along with something that is a pre-order (such as GTA V), they will ship the case out first, charge you the 1.99 and then you can cancel the game pre-order, you do not get charged for the other item until they ship it, so you can cancel it as soon as you receive the case or even when they ship the case.
the result, you paid 1.99 for the case and they won't charge you for the other item since you cancel the pre-order
anyway, it is no longer as an add on item, the promo lasted only a couple hours
Not sure if it's all the stores, but the tmobile kiosk in princeton nj has a buy 2 get 1 on all accessories. A ggod chance to get 3 flip covers for the price of 2.

i just called my local (I'm in the Los Angeles area) corporate T-Mobile store to verify the buy 2 get 1 free sale is on. they sales guy said the promo applies to all accessories, including bluetooth headsets and the Moga game controller.
