I listen to Tunein Radio a lot & i wondered if there was a mod or a tweak for my s5830i.
Sometimes the stations i listen to buffer up in the middle of a song, quite annoying.
It would be a great help if anyone has any ideas.
Thanx.

Anyone else experiencing some random 'lags' in sound when playing mp3s?
I tested this with Windows media player, coreplayer and the intergrated mp3 player.
Just random lags for like 0.10 seconds. Then I rewind back to see if it happens again and it doesnt. Then there it is again suddenly on the next track and so on.
It just happens out of sudden. And I am not running any tasks other than the mp3 player.
Has been previously brought up in another thread - it's a known isssue which we hope HTC will rectify in a future ROM / TF3D version.
link please

WTH? You're calling me a 'gayn00b' when you couldn't be arsed searching for it yourself. With that kind of attitude, you're bound to have people NOT wanting to help you.
Hi, Im using the touchflo integrated music player, its fine for my needs, it only lacks the function, where it turns off after lets say 30min. I listen to music while falling asleep...
I know gsplayer can do it...some other maybe also.
any trick is appreciated. I prefer a utility, not a different player. Thanks
I have the exact same problem. Are you also using S2U2 (slide to unlock app)? Because I first thought the problem might be there.
but how to make the earphones come out your head after 30mins... thats the real problem
@rumple: Yeah...I find myself in the morning with them around my neck
I dont care I just dont want that the phone plays the whole night.
I would suppose to try Mort Player. It has a sleep-function. You can set the time after that playback will stop. But its not as stylomatic as the original Diamond-player.

The original poster asked for an utility, not a different player.
I am in the exact same situation, I love the TouchFlo player and don't want to launch an other program and would totally like the sleep function.
It's fun because the FM radio has the feature but the TFPlayer does not.
I even tried to set the radio sleep timer and mute radio, but it doesnt stop the tf player...so it doesnt turn off
psshutxp has an option to reboot the device at a specific time... maybe this helps

But does that also disables the sound to go off when the phone goes into sleep mode?
I use Mortscript to do this.
This script turns off the TF3D build in player after 60 minutes.
If interested, I can send you the script, you can download mortscript itself via here:
www.sto-helit.de/modules/edito/content.php?id=38
I would try it! Please share the script!
Thanks

Imeem does not work with Haykuro's 5.0.2H
I have 5.0.2G :|
I would be willing to bet it doesn't work on 1.5 kernel, which would me it doesn't work on 5.0.2G either.
Whenever I try to listen to music using the music app, Pandora, GTunes, Etc. It will play for 5 minutes or so then starts to cut out. When I say cut out I mean it will keep playing but it will play and stop playing real fast over and over. I can use YouTube and watch videos over the internet but no music. This didn't start until I first flashed a custom rom.
If someone could give me a fix or even a reason for this I would be grateful.
Also, if you need any extra info I will be glad to provide it just sorta new here and not quit sure what I should put lol.
Thanks in advance(

Easy fix, either change your CPU governor to "ondemand" or up your minimum CPU speed to 264 or 352 if you are using the "interactive" or "smartass" gov. You can find these adjustments in settings/cm settings/performance/cpu settings

Sounds like your CPU settings may be a little too low or shaky, or you had a bad ROM download. Here a few suggestions:
1. Listen to what duce said in the post above.
2. Download your choice of rom again, from a different mirror.
I use my Atrix BlueTooth in my Pick Up for all calls. When I switch the stereo to BT Audio the Atrix automatically starts Music Player. Is there a way to shut this off? It is a pain in the butt when I want to watch HBOgo movies or listen to Pandora....I have to pause the Music Player because there is no way I know of to shut it down.

Ah you beat me to it
No problem, I see so much outrageous spelling and grammar on these forums. Don't try to correct someone if your post is going to look so atrocious.
that must be a 3rd party music player doing that. when BT audio connects to my phone it doesnt auto play (but I would like it to)
Stock Atrix music player. I wish we could trade problems. Hah

Had the same problem. Here's my fix:
Download AutoStarts from Market. Open the app and scroll down to "Media button pressed". Open up that option, and disable the Music app. Save, exit, reboot and you're done!
Downside is that AutoStarts costs $1.
