Google Catalogs on Nexus 7 - Nexus 7 General

Google can't release this for their own tablet? I tried downloading the apk, but it's cut off at times on the right.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda app-developers app

I'm not too surprised... It is not compatible with any of my devices...

I can't even find an APK of the current version to sideload. I have one of version 1 but the latest looks to be 1.1.1.

Google Catalogs v1.2.0
Have you been able to hunt down the v1.2.0 apk from anywhere? I have the v1.0 loaded on my N7 but it's not allowing me to update it or anything.
Thanks!

you mean this? Works perfectly fine for me.

Yes, I mean that.
If it isn't too much trouble could you please supply the latest v1.1.1 apk available so the rest of us who can't grab it directly can side load it please?
Thanks!

Thank-you so much.
Finding some one to up that app has been like pulling teeth...
Very much appreciated =)

yea it's US only too I think, I can't always see it anymore if I search market app (can see it if i search the site and it says compatible). IDK why it's showing that for you guys, this is the first app I got as soon as i opened the box.
Also the description doesn't mention compatible with tablet only etc, why isn't it downloadable on my galaxy nexus?

NI Adam apps work on Xoom

Just installed the NI Adam apps (Canvas, Calendar, Sniffer) apps on my Xoom and they all work just fine in case anyone was wondering.
I take it they are not available in the market?
Sent from my Xoom using XDA App
No, I got them from:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=928832
Once you download the files (they are in zip format), just rename them to .apk.

Hey, AFAIK we have a quickoffice app installed already. Although it's not among applications, but try opening a doc file
Sniffer is full screen on mine so I'm assuming thats not normal on yours.

when i downloaded them they were in .apk did you have to change the file type from .zip to .zpk? i may just download it again later today, wierd how only the bottum of the screen is blank.
By not being full screen the bottom inch or so is white
Both sniffer and the sketch app are not full screen for me. Any ideas anyone? Also the browser won't install. But otherwise the apps work well and look great.

Do you know if these Adam apps are getting updated as NI updates them? Or are these still the version 1 apps when it was first released? Just curious because many of these had bugs that were fixed a few weeks back.

Not sure if these are the updated apps or not, again, I just got them from the link above. But I have had no problems with any of the ones I installed (calendar, canvas, sniffer).

Thanx op I'm gonna play with these and see what I like.
Sniffer and the canvas app are almost full screen on mine but clearly not properly layed out to fit right. Also the keyboard is a bit off. If anyone had any ideas let me know.

[APP] New leaked Music Player v3.0.336

Works MUCH better than the previous version. I'm getting no force closes or weird behavior anymore. The UI is also cleaned up quite a bit.
I removed the previous version and pushed it to /system/app/
New link:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/7354082/google_music_3-0_techfrom10c.zip
Wow, solid upgrade from the previous version. I only miss the ability to delete files. We're never satisfied, are we?
Could you post the apk?
I'm getting a 403 when clicking the link

Same here, can't down load from those links anymore.
OP updated with fresh link.
I also have the camera (which kinda works) and the Gallery/Clock (which don't work at all).
works great! thanks!

Has anyone gotten the music app to sync with their Google account?
Sent from my Nexus S using XDA Premium App
Looks great; unable to synch, but I now at least have the repeat/shuffle options I used to have, and the UI has been refreshed nicely.

When you install you get 2 music apps.
Sent from my Nexus S using XDA App
Anyone tried uninstalling it yet? I guess it leaves no trace? Just got worried as it said "upgrading this system app" when I was installing it! Want to make sure I can get back to stock if needs be
It just updates the original music app. If you want to get rid of it you can go into manage apps and uninstall the update just like all the other system apps.
Thanks just wanted to check before I try it

GTunes for HD2

Apparently, GTunes is no longer available to download from the App Market.
Here is the latest version that I had on my phone before it was removed from the Market:

Also, if you are using a HD2, then the app is no longer available to download. I'm not sure about other phones. If you find it on the Market, then by all means download it from there. That would definately be better as you would get the newest version.

I realized the same thing, couldn't find it in my HD2 or MT4G.
Looked around a bit and found Music Mate, interface looks and operates almost identical to GTunes, try it out.

Download The Latest
Be sure to download the latest Beta build. The original poster is linking to the Beta 1. As of this posting, Beta 2 is out.
Instead use this link to ensure you download the latest Beta
http://forum.evernote.com/phpbb/viewforum.php?f=51
PS: Thanks OP, the new beta is niiiiice! I was just wondering when they were going to finally get on the ball and optimize one for tablets.
On another note, those who live and die by Astro file manager....another disappointment they haven't done a tablet optimized version yet. I found something very slick called File Manager HD. Very slick tablet ready file browser.
Is anyone able to save received mms? Says permission denied or something like that.

Thanks for the heads up. I use Evernote and have been looking forward to an optimized version.

i tried the Evernote Honeycomb beta and it works pretty well. I'm not sure I like the look though. The format of the notes in calander form or with the large letters in alphabetic sort is a bit distracting. Just putting the notes in order would be sufficient.

I have to root my device 1st. Now that's a problem. I don't even know how. I've looked into the "How To Root SGNote Thread"... and it's confusing. I don't even know how to do it!
Lemme just try rooting 1st. I might hafta find someone who's pro with these gadgets!
Btw, thanks so much.
