It's possible. search for nitrality on the market and you can install the s 2 email widget through that.

Y u'd u wanna use rom manager in the 1st place? (It was only handy back in froyo days or over on AOSP) I'd advise u to leave it behind, forget about that app

Are you on the app?
If so then hit menu in the espresso thread and hit menu then browser if in free XDA app and menu>more>browser if in paid app.

Are you restoring the XDA app and data with Titanium Backup? If so, try just restoring the app only. See if that fixes your issue.
