On the Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000 can I send a call direct to voicemail without the phone ringing?
I know I can reject calls but this just drops them.
THANKS
RICK

Use Call forwarding - Always Forward - Enter you VM number.. Should work
Thanks.
Can I do that for more than one number?

If you set always it will forward all numbers... I'm out having a beer in the park at the moment so can't answer that, you may be able to select for a set of numbers but I really couldn't say mate...

Gurus,
Can we have phone calls cracked on Dell streak? That would be a real good added feature.. not to hold it on to your ear though.. At least over the speaker or BT.. If some one can achieve it... i am willing to contribute some $$$... or tell us what would it take to do it..

Hi? Does anyone knows how to edit the default verizon voicemail number? I noticed that even if a dial *86 the display number is different. Is there a way to edit it? In my contacts appear like voicemail but it doesn't give me the options to edit.
Appreciate any help.
If you go into ##program, I remember seeing the number for voicemail section. You should be able to override there.

Have you had any issues with it? I was using it (moderately) then one of my friends claimed it completely messed up his iPhone (on AT&T). Eventually calling him would forward the call to some woman, lol.

as long as you allow GV to do the work, it's nearly impossible to screw up. GV will pull in your GV phone number and perform the VM forwarding command for you. You shouldn't even have to worry if your GV phone number matches what was assigned to you, everything is automatic.
Na. He's actually a real big nerd. But I do believe he messed up and wouldn't take blame, lol.

As long as you take the 10 minutes to set it up, it works great!
I have used it moderately as I said. I just never used it I guess like some others seem to. I just used it so clients I was doing work for could txt me a bunch n not actually blow up my phone. Id stop forwarding and just use the google voice site.

Hi everyone. I installed and ran the recording mode for galaxy gt-7000. I want to ask only one question. Phone calls coming from King Zhou of Shang, the last king of the Chinese Shang Dynasty is the names. Do you have a virus or add-in? Did anyone else pay attention to this situation?
I opened a new topic for that matter the right to send you a reply. sorry.
Go to call setting and disable phone number location
This may be some area of China which may matches to your incoming call number
Recording Mod basically ported front Chinese model i9220 which have such facility

Is it call from someone in your google contacts?
If so, go to the Gear app, go to settings, notifications, make sure this box is checked and go in this menu and make sure incoming call box is checked.

I'm having the same issue. I have to reset the watch to get it to work and then it only lasts a few days

It is definitely checked and it worked fine yesterday with my contacts.

mine does the same, it worked fine for 2-3 days and after that it stopped showing caller's name
funny thing is that in the call log it shows the caller name...
Yup, mine did the same thing. I reset the watch and it's working again but according to one of the other posters the watch is going to do the same thing again.

If that does not fix it, may consider deleting your Google account from the phone and recreating it and sync the contact again. If too much of a hassle, may want to consider exchanging the watch.

But why would it work properly then all of a sudden stop working after resetting it?

Nature of beast for software and electronics. I would not tolerate and take it back. It's up to you. Please post if you do find a permanent fix for it or root of problem.

Hello guys !
This is a serious matter for me and i want a fact related (maybe) answer. I want to know if there is any way to stop call tapping on note 5. Or if there is a device that cannot be tapped.
Thank you
Try getting a Blackphone. Just do a Google search for it. The latest one actually looks pretty decent.

Instead of buying the blackphone or blackphone 2 you could download the maker's (silent cirlce) app "silent phone". it let's you make encrypted calls and texts. And if you wanted to be really cautious install the TOR software "Orbot". If your note 5 is rooted you can set ALL traffic to go over the TOR network.
