Can i flash Paranoidandroid JB v1.2 on Xplod CM10? Is it safe? With wipe or no wipe?

both have kernels which should be safe, after flashing cm9 if you doubt cm10 just reboot recovery on safe cm9 kernel(incl in paranoid rom) and do the wiping then.

You can, it's safe. I went from CM10 to PA1.2 and back at least few times now. Sticking with PA now.
Wipe is not necessary, it works with just cache and dalvik cleared, although i highly recommend wiping.
PA1.2 is based on CM10 Preview 2 which uses fixed update script and custom CM kernel so it's safe.

So i found that i can't play modern combat 3 and Nova ICS, losing stability, also recently I need video recording so I'd like to ask how can i get back to older rom? Is it enough if I have recovery? Also ICS does not provide me contacting with my pc by cable... Very frustrating too.
So what I have to do to install some GB rom?
If you made a nandroid backup of a GB rom like CM7. Just wipe everything and restore that nandroid backup in recovery mode.
If you didn't, then:
Go to recovery
Wipe everything
Wipe cache
Install zip from sdcard (CM7 ROM for example)
(Optional) install zip from sdcard (CM7 Kernel)
Install zip from sdcard (Google Apps)
After that you should be done.
Obviously you must make a backup beforehand...
Aren't you supposed to revert your filesystem to ext3 first?
I don't think so, I believe CM7 is also EXT4. But you can also do it, because there's no harm by doing it
Thanks guys for Ur answer, ale helped me a lot.
Cheers.

Cyanogenmod 10 is only official on nightly version, no stable version yet.
Chack the changelog in the cm10 thread in the dev section.
EDIT
Fo those to lazy to look, the link is here
http://code.google.com/p/freexperia/
There is also a bugtracker you can look at...all the information is available, no need to start new threads and ask.
I understand, but I'm talking about official CyanogenMod 10 and not freexperia

OK, I will say it again. FXP are the official link to cyanogenmod for xperia devices.
The official cyanogenmod for xperia T is only nighlty versions, not stable.
If you want to know the latest changelog for cm10 for xperia T then read the cm10 thread for xperia t or read the changelog in the link i posted.
When the CyanogenMod team decide to have a stable release the Xperia will be getting the release officially.
To all intents and purposes the Xperia T is an officially supported CyanogenMod device and has been for almost 3 weeks.

Yes it is, I provided the link in another thread.
I think the question is here is whats the difference between FXP releases and cyanogenmod releases. FXP are the cyanogemnod people for xperia. they are one and the same. fxp release the nightlies, and you can read the changelog in the fxp cm10 thread. thats the question answered now. no need for more on this
and the official CyanogenMod come out? FXP is only based on the CM10

Yes. get.cm has THE official nightlies. End of story.
It will also have THE official stable release when the CM team decide it is time (and I mean CM team - not the FXP team).

Hi,
I just flashed hydracore v7 STD (I know that it's old) and I have issues with vibration and camera. (rom: XXLRT). I tried to flash another kernel, but the phone won't boot, only recovery and download mode working. I tried another and another and nothing... I flashed again hydracore and the phone booted.
Is there the possibility to flash another kernel without flashing a new rom with wipe?

Hello, is it possible to enable RAM swap on this ROM? I know that Devil kernel allows it (why other ones don't?), but I can't find Devil for android 4.2.1. There is a dualboot, but I want only one ROM.
Cheers!
