Nova launcher for me, i find it more snappier than apex and widgets on nova align better in my experience.

bro i didnt like launchers like nova or else......i tried TSF shell....it depend on ur choice but u should give it a try......its best snappy and fastest and beautiful launcher.

I like go launcher and tsf shell. I regularly switch between them.

Cm9 with Trebuchet is the best. Clean, fast and easy on the eyes.

Apex for me is smoother than Nova but Holo HD is really good too!

Which launcher do you use on cm10?

I use CM 10 and I use atom launcher from market.
I found it more snappy.

Nova, the best........its very fast, smooth animations .......never been to other launcher when im on ICS or cm10............

Tried most of them,i use nemus with themes on all rom's,it has 0 lag and ~14mb which i love

currently ADW launcher that came with Temasek's rom
on CM10 testing i used Apex Launcher (i also tried GoLauncher on CM10 - but it was too laggy for me)
btw why didn't you create a simple poll in this thread with most common launchers?

I use Apex, always smooth, sometimes dock disappears though.

Tried it,it eats alot of memory which is on our device verry important thing
For me launcher has to be memory light and fast(no lag)

Easy mate, it is still a beta. It will use more memory as it is OpenGL biased. But still it is fast as hell.

Apex here too, although scrolling on widgets is not as smooth as one would expect for CM10. On Scrollable New Widget i get those 'periodic stutters' i used to have on CM7 too. Interesting thing is that if performance governor is selected (@1GHz always) it runs buttery smooth. So maybe something to do with the interactive governor (preset on CM10) configuration? Btw, the same goes for all android menus, contacts etc; Only on performance governor things are totally smooth everywhere-always.

Nova prime, awesome, no lag just pure smooth awesomeness and i can organize my apps and games so i can actually find stuff without searching and concentrating really hard like all the other crap launchers.

Best launcher for Galaxy s advance

Hi guys! What's the best and smooth launcher for the s advance on Jelly bean? Standard touchwiz by Samsung is too heavy and slow.

Touchwiz launcher.
The S Advance is fairly capable, and Touchwiz is stripped of the unneeded features found on devices like the Note II and SIII. Still, the only way you can slow it down significantly is if you go ahead and download 70+ apps (which you don't need, obviously), and launch 5 apps at the same time and expect a mid-low range device to perform like a supercomputer.

apex runs great on this phone!

The last time I tried GoLauncher, it was laggy sometimes, consumed more than 30 MB RAM and ate about 6% of my battery...
I tried it when I was on Gingerbread... After that experience I never tried GoLauncher again
Let's hope that it got improved now ..
(One more thing)
Let's not fight about which launcher is the best.. because different people have different opinions....

Adw launcher. Still no.1 for me, even with JB.

Next launcher = Smoothest 3D launcher
Apex Launcher = Slim, smooth..
Go Launcher EX = RAM eater. not very smooth

Dmod 5 and apex launcher

Hey guys,
I am using the latest dmod and had a great battery life. But after installing Apex launcher and zooper widget i noticed that my battery is getting low much faster. So could that be because of the launcher change? That the battery mods of dmod are only for the Stock launcher?

battery mods should be independent.... use golden kernel v2.... use the option hotplug and cfq.. also use some battery app (betterbattery stat) to see whats draining....

ive heard about the new Buzz Launcher and saw amazing themes...
so what do you think about the current drain and cpu drain?
or is the old but gold apex launcher the best for the 4x hd (p880)

From time to time i use buzz launcher and i think it ia great especialy themes for it.Didnt noticed any significant battery drain while using it.

I don't like buzz launcher. There are a lot of themes, but you have to download applications that the uploader used for making the theme. For example: desktop visualizer. I think Themer is much better but I use aviate now.

Buz launcher
I am using Buzz launcher for last 4-5 months.In my opinion,it is the best launcher out there.Fluid,so many themes,you can personalize it in any way you want.It doesn't use much battery or ram,to me it is way better than Nova,Apex,etc.:good:
