How Do I Change the Color of the Dialpad?

is there a way to edit the files to change the color and keypad of the stock dialpad?

From what i know cm lets you do that

Flashable battery mod?

Pretty much i want a link to a thread with battery mods.
Currently using cm7 with a theme Chooser theme. I can't find any I really like and would rather have stock with the stock gingerbread battery indicator with the numbers inside.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The problem is that I can't change the system one with that... I have used it before but androidian is just ugly to me. Anyone know how I get the stock system apk?
