Cyanmobile or cm 9??

Which one is bttr n recommended??
Cyanmobile initial A full realase or cyanogenmod 9 beta 7???
Help needed cuz confused with wat to chosee..??

I've never used cyanogen 9, but I'm on cyanmobile initial A. I think it's wiser to use cyanmobile at this point because all of its features are working. I suspect that Cyan 9 performance is better though (it's ICS!) but things like the camera and radio don't work. For everyday use, run cyanmobile.

Hi! Best thing is that you can try both. Flash cm9 and if you like it stay if not try cyanmobile. Im testing now cm9 and it's smooth but it is beta and you must remember this when you're using this rom . Try what you like most. Good luck, i hope you find your perfect rom

cyanmobile initial a final must be the best,its the magic of ics in cm9 beta 7 that is making it a good rom,but still there is some serious problems like data connecticity,camera ,fm not working,but if you dont use these its a very good rom,its ganming performance is average neocore results around 68 fps with sound od ,so go for cyanmobile.
spent some considerable time in givin you suggestions,i think you will not hesitate to spend few seconds to press the thanks button

i think u should go with cyanmobile for everyday use..
cz in cm9 u cant use camera function..
galaxyics settings not running..
and some other minor bugs are there as well..
cyanmobile is running flawless on galmin..
u better try it!

Hi! In my opinion Cyanmobile drains battery way too quick, go for cm7.2 by mebitek or kittenlinux, eventually miui gb beta2 by bravovn (my personal favorite)

Go for Official CyanogenMod7 or Nightlies. It will be more stable.
The beta version of CM9 can't use camera. I think it can't stand for daily use.

CyanMobile for daily use.. have a good performance and cool looking rom.. very stable.. (even though b4 now i had a random restart.. LOL)
CyanogenMod 9 for show off you phone.. like "i got ICS on my Phone, dude.!"

I use cyanmobile, the battery life looks good, but i can't say this about official version cm7.2 rc1! For me problem with cyanmobile is sometimes i get force close!

I have galaxy mini 2.3.6 & want update it to 4.0.3

Reading won't hurt you.. at least 5 to 10 threads below this are discussion threads that will give you the information about ICS. And don't expect too much.. ICS for our device is messy and not everything works..

We don't have any official ICS release for galaxy mini.. ...IF you want ICS you must have a custom ROM flashed (CM9/AOKP etc)...
And why don't you google any thing before posting it here ?

but i flashed cm 7 nightly edition..
every thing went very well but the main problem was the Browser....very very very slow...
So i decided to change back to my stock rom....
but my phone is just restarting ....help me.....

soo sorry. my bad. actually what i meant was i also was looking 4 4.0.(ics). but not satisfied. now i found aokp project by whisp .... ie. aokp milestone rc2 zip. please find it in Android dev. sec.. most beautiful rom. this is just a suggest. ,.

If you want stable rom you have to flash something based on stock ( I prefer Optimus Max . ) Zeus and suprassed are good roms too. You have it on dev.

In my entire experience with Cyanogenmod, I think I had two SOD's. It comes with a lot of features like swipe to remove applications and it's themeable. For me, it's not really a stability problem but more a problem with battery life. I've heard people say its fine, but for me, it's just not enough.
I don't think you need to worry so much about Cyanogenmod, I really doubt you'll brick your phone. Just flash it and give it a try.

really stable.. no more camera or audio bug.. no other bug as well.. I'm using it a week without hang/SOD, I'm raising the CPU min freq to 300mhz.. 200mhz will give SOD

cyanmobile x is ok
I think even pandroid is also good ROM over 4.1.2 only camera not working else its stable

I like paranoid roms but the packet data donot work with many apps can u help

Well the 2 roms i like so far are the cyanogenmod 7.2 (tried both the stable and nightly builds)
and the paranoidandroid 2.23 (which is running as of 5am this morning) this is a really nice looking rom and a credit to the dev's :cyclops:

i looked at cm7 but there are so many different ones like democracy and apocalypse what one should i flash out of all of them

Look..There is no best rom and may be will not..because the development never be stop.
You have to choose one what you like..all the roms are different some in look,some in performance, etc...
It depends on you which you are prefer..Read their Thread for know more about the rom..

CM10 by bieltv3 ...... is the best.....

1. Use CM10 lite by bieltv.3
The beta 2 version is pretty good and stable, camera, hq video playback, google now (voice search) not working.
119 MB, along WITH Gapps.
2. Use CM10 beta 3 by bieltv.3
Camera now works, camcorder slightly laggy. Flash doesn't work yet.
128 MB without Gapps, remove apps you don't want. Gapps not included so you can flash the ones you want.
3. Use C.A.M.P.S. (CM10+AOKP+MIUI+Parandroid+Sony) (!!!!) ROM by anurag pandey
It's still in beta testing phase. It's a rom for HD2 ported to the SGA. Some features like Aroma Installer not working (never gonna; HD2 --> Ace ?!?)
Doesn't work properly yet, still highly recommended.
Hope I helped!

I think is too soon to try a ICS/JB rom for daily use so give a try to stock CM 7.2 (stable as a Samsung Rom) or a custom based on stock one. These roms will work quite good without problems. This is only my opinion.

you can use apocalypse...as it is more stable than other rom that i have been used so far !

Cm7 is very stable atm,but battery life is bad...I personally use sgs2 v10 rom and my battery lasts for almost 2 days
I listen music and surf internet..so far i have best battery life on rom mentioned above....and i used lot roms

I'm using FinalCM7.2-RC3-AA-FIREKERNEL-OC and I think it's very good.

Thanks guys I flashed democracy NT but it keeps force closing my apps I'm going to try a stock based one called the myth v2 it looks good and has got alot of positive karma about it

I've been using the original Democracy and haven't had any issues yet. I'm quite happy with it
