[Q] URGENT....IPAD USERS...... 4.2 beta 2 problem

I recently got 4.2 beta 2, and didn't see that you needed to be a developer, so now I can't activate it... PLEASE HELP ME DOWNGRADE TO 3.2.2!!!

[Q] Are these the right instructions?

I have a rooted SGT 7.0 (Sprint) with the Samsung version of Gingerbread. I'd like to flash it with an ICS build, and the one I selected said to flash it using CWM.
Could someone please tell me if the instructions in the link below are still valid for Gingerbread? They appear to be written back when the device still had Froyo, so I'm not sure if I should follow the same steps.

Unfortunately its not ICS based either as your link suggests, its stock based with a theme applied to make it look like ICS as the link actually contradicts itself to say.

Can anyone point me in the direction of the download location for Dynamic cat for the ATT S5? I can't find it, nor can I post on the thread for it to ask about it.
