I don't know how to solve your problem in your current state but you could try to use the CronMod instead, i'm using it and it works perfectly!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1716124
I'm using the INT2EXT+ script while using Cyanogenmod 7
Use titatnium backup pro! In it go for menu-more-integrate dalvik cache to rom.
Another option - use root explorer! Open ur systems directory- cache n delete da apk's present in it.
If it works plsss hit thanx
Install link2sd, dont choose any partition option, hit cancel, now press menu and goto storage info and check cache/download space..

Download this app ( or find the apk, if it doesnt download)
MarketFix
Use s2e for cm7 roms

Market fix works. Installed link2sd and after that installed market fix and it removed the download error and insufficient memory error.

I had the same problem with this script (AMARULLZ), i prefer to use s2E or link2sd because it works better !

try wiping dalvik cache from cwm.
it usually works.
after wipe, will take more time to boot, as the device rebuild dalvik cache.

Believe me, I faced this problem before, this problem happens when you use the Lucky Patcher to remove license verification and if you fail data folder get the power amp odex file, just delete it and reinstall.
Works again
Had to delete the obex file
Now I have another question, because I'm running cyanmobile, is it possible to control power amp via the statuabar music control? I know it works, but it just says unknown - :what:unknown

Just had same problem, after upgrading from 4.1.1 to 4.1.2 (and yes, I had Lucky Patcher involved). Nothing helped (clearing dalvic cache, neither I had any suggested files to delete). The only thing helped - clearing Play Market app data! Hope this might help to someone.
I recently installed GalaxyICS to my Ace, only with CyanogenMod 7.x I was able to move all apps to the SD card, creating more space.
Is there anyway to do the same kind of thing with GalaxyICS? As I install quite a few apps, and am starting to run low on internal storage. :/

Had problems myself with s2e on cm9 found best solution use only S2e for ICS and Advanced Restore your ext partition with cwm. Works best for me. Hope it works for you as it saves reinstalling all your apps too.
I managed to get s2e working, also went from having 23mb space to 155mb space on my phone.

Okay so when i use s2e i check all boxes except dalvik cache (as a person said) and then i reboot and after the reboot i lost apps and widgets so do i need a fresh rom i partitioned my sd by recovery any help?
Make s2e a system app (this can be done with titanium backup or putting the apk file in system/app with rw-r-r permissions and rebooting) configure it and reboot.

Ohh yes in cyanogenmod settings you choose aplications and choose where do you want to instal and if you reflash your rom do this and then install s2e and reboot twice and all your apps that you install or recover install automatically in your sd partititon when you reboot the first time your device maybe take more minites to start is normally i hope that it works to you

Flash s2e (in general thread) and move the app to the sd, obviously if you have a partitioned sdcard
If youdon´t have a partition sdcard (like me) you should try moving apps to system to free memory in the data/app . Move the apps to system/app as many as you can but don´t full it.
No i have sd partition and using with s2e have much space but yet when i install it .it shows not enough space .I think adroid 4.2 doest not supports that app

i've got the same conf (rohan007's cm10.1 // annson08's patched s2e // tsf shell) and it works like a charm
[with some other tweaks - not storage related]
everything except app data on sd-ext (but when experimented it worked even whith everything on)
it's probably up to s2e; have you flashed it or installed it like .apk?
hope the above mentioned parameters, or at least the moral support helped
