Well anyone who knows stuff about plasma TV's, mine broke some possible way. We did watch it without rest the whole day, but there seems to be a small crack, 2 inches long, doesn't seem to penetrate the pixels, but the TV won't display anything, the sound is there, but no display, no indication of the TV charging electricity through the screen, and just before it went out, we turned it off and it worked completely fine, no dead pixels, and I dont need exact details on how to fix it, just if it is broken cause of over usage or that crack.

Mmmhh. Does the display turn on?
If not the background light might be killed.

Not a bit, the display is dead, no indication of power running through the screen, but we got sound.

Does anybody know where I can get a replacement screen? I dropped my phone at the golf course and screen spidered at the LG logo.

This was from a Quick search.....http://www.google.com/search?gcx=c&....,cf.osb&fp=b07143d35d34e2f0&biw=1280&bih=896
So, I finally replaced my screen. It took about an hour for me to complete but it was better than paying for shipping my phone to LG and paying 150 to get it done. :-D

Awwww I was hoping to get some shots of the inside so it wasn't the LCD that broke just the cover?
Worse part is, I almost had a spare thrill to tinker with. My niece SHATTERED the CRAP out of her display and even though I told her just to tell them she lost it and give me the old one (had to pay deductible no matter what) she took it up there and turned it in.... I did however get another 8gb sdcard out of the deal that I stash behind the battery plate.
Hey where did u buy the replacement screen I'm looking for one for my thril

I have froze all the recently installed apps and I still get a "notification" for an "improved market" how can I find out which app is causing this crap? Here's a pic

Install Air Push Detector. That should help you identify it.

I don't know why It does that. I've found if you save the picture you can see it clearly.

Thanks, I downloaded it and the other one he recommends. I get this ad a few times a day so I should be able to pinpoint the app by tonight or in the morning.
If you have a music download app that is the culprit

The only music apps I use are rhapsody (for a year and a half) and Google music (since I got a beta invite months back) , and neither have given me any trouble. The rhapsody app is actually much better than their PC client.
Weird
I can see screenshots fine on the desktop, but when i use the xda app on my phone, they're always blurry, who knows. Sorry to derail.

No problem, the issue was resolved anyway. I don't know why that is, but I have the same problem viewing pics that were posted using the app when I'm browsing on my PC, phone, or tablet. BTW, I used photobucket to post that pic.
Not sure if anyone has posted this yet, although i did search .
ETrade Supply is selling OEM Galaxy Gear glass screen replacements for $7.55
I've ordered tons of things from them and they have decent customer service.
They're currently sold out but i'm sure they will be getting more in stock.
might be a good thing to stock up on since people are already complaining about scratched screens.

OEM charger/cradles are already being sold at Samsung .com Like the ones that come with the watch.

I think Depends on how used you are to tinkering with small device's.
There is an video on youtube with a guy who explains the disassembling of the watch, but he doesn't go as deep into it as I'd like.
But the process has been pretty straight forward on my previous galaxy devices. And it will break sooner or later

I know this is an old post but broke my screen and though it still works I cant seem to but a replacement anywhere can any one help or sell me one please?
I started using this for my night table when charging at night. I'm not too sure how it would do with battery life if you use it as a watchface but I'm planning on testing it.
It has great brightness options. You can dim it for night use by swiping gently down or raise the brightness by swiping up. The little details in the lighting are nice. When you dim the brightness you see the shadows of the digits and days of the week. The disappear when you fully brighten it.

I agree, that will probably be a problem.
I had a Galaxy S3 that burned in badly after leaving it lit all night for a few months on a nightstand.

I was wondering about this too. My wife's phone which is a fairly recent moto model had terrible burn-in just from basic use. You can see her homescreen apps pretty clearly.

It cant be removed and its a pure hardware issue... Replacing the whole front panel of your Moto x will fix your problem... and the front panel will cost you the same price as the moto x is now.. So buy a new moto x instead...
