[Q] Dark PIE - UI

I noticed this new thing on Samasung galaxy Nexus threads...but it is also aailable for Galaxy Note...but my question is....
is it a ROM or just a theme ??
if so...how to get it ??

If you use xda app simply hit more then upload from galary! If you are on pc go over attachment!

Can't use framaroot or cf auto root

Hey guys, sorry for bother you, but I downloaded the Android 4.3 for my GT-I9305 and now I can't root him! In the official 4.3 of Portugal I could do it, but now I can't, appears me the Super su has stopped and don't let me use any root apps.. Even root checker.. I can't install knox to desativat him, gives me a error, that my device is not supported...
I don't have warranty so tell me any method pls. will let some images with informations. Thanks guys
