Re-flash. Redownload the zip or flash the 6.39n version
Don't ever forget, when switching roms to make factory reset and clear dalvik cache. And a nandroid never hurts.

... guess i have some bad luck with this rom or with my cell because everytime i end up here asking for help.
RR11 was released today and i followed the procedure coming from rr10: wipe cache and dalvik, install rr11. sounds easy and wasn't ever a problem before.
the flashing procedure lasted for about 30 minutes then i decided it was stuck (nothing happened, anymore the progress bar was stuck for about 20 minutes between 1/3 and 1/2) modem and kernel were flashed already sucessfully.
cwm was 5.8.1.8, now it reboots into 6.0.1.2, so this update was sucessfull too, i tried to flash again; no progressbar moving only message was "RocketRom"- again. The device is not getting hot but only warm.
md5 is correct.
anything i could do or try before i do something stupid (again, that i'm no aware of), a flash of rr10 was not sucessful either.
Do a fullwipe

I did it the longer (more secure way) way ollowing the procedure by dr ketan (prerooted gb rom) and flashed rr11 again.
by now i already setting things up again.
Have you tried just put on the power and see?

after the stuck flash, the system booted into recovery on its own, not even the charging mode worked after poweroff and pulled battery, still booted into recovery.

disagree, everytime before the a flash was successfully done within 5-7 minutes, i waited 20 more minutes after i realised that nothing changed.
Flash abyss kernel 4.2 its on eybees op and do full wipe this is a safe kernel to use I'm also on RR v11 and always do full wipe when flashing ROMs and I've never had any problems...
Sent from my Xoom using XDA Premium HD app
i've already solved the problem two days ago as stated above; by flashing the prerooted gb rom by dr. ketan with pc odin 1.85, afterwards the abyss kernel 4.2, advanced -> reboot into recovery full wipe and sucessfully flashed the "desired" rom rr11.

Try to install again the V20s patched via Smart Flash and after flash when the phone goes to CWM, wipe data/cache/dalwik cache. You should be ok.
All that things did 2-3 times....
Again bootlooping..
Months back I installed this same procedure that time worked successfully...
Now not working..I really don't understand what to do..

I had the same problem too when i switched to cm10 from rooted2.3 and back again.
I managed to solve it by wiping/data in recovery after flashing 2.3.

if you dont make, phone goes brick... (bootlop)
yes I already did that...on 2 attempts of flashing...but again bootloop
Bootloop
finally nandroid backup of zeus 7 saved me...
Hi guys. I got a real weird problem or so.
I was on a kingdroid rom based on 4.0.4.
Everything ok, no problems, until I turn off the cellphone to take the SD card. From that moment my note just dont turn On.
The thing is I was able to go in to recovery (nice), so I flash a safe kernel. All ok.
And then after a full wipe I tried to flash a rom, and here is the weird stuff: After flash any rom, the cellphone go into restart, everything is new but surprise, am still in Kingdroid v7, even when I flash a 4.1.2 based rom.
I tried many many times, and always the same. I can´t flash a new rom.
My kernel is the Philz one.
Hope someone knows what is happening.
Did you wipe data dalvik cache? If you still have issues you can wipe /system before flashing new ROM (recommended)

I can full wipe, and format/data, but when I try Fromat/system, recovery get freeze. :/
You mean Format/system, right?
So weird. Every time, the same, am stuck in Kingdroid. :S
It concerns me that you can't wipe /system
Hopefully someone can chime in here
you can try flashing from diffrent CMW recovery version.. try flashing speedmod 3-15 and reboot recovery and try to fullwipe and install..
i had weird problem when using diffrent CMW like abyss. i had quite similar problem..
try Speedmod 3-15. it is safe and flash speed is faster

mmm.
When I try format/system, recovery freeze and the phone restarts. And the Rom is formatted, so I have to put all my info again (select lenguaje, config wifi, config google account, etc). And still in kingdroid.

Never think on that. Will try. Thanks
That is a great idea try speed mod

I tried Speedmod kernel, full wipe, flash alliance rom and after restarts, Kingdroid again.
The only thing that change was the kernel. So i have Philz again.
I will try with another kernel.
Is like to have a briked note
You may want to try flashing stock gingerbread (pre rooted from dr.ketan) from PC Odin...
I had some weird issues once and it reset me..

Yep. I will do that.
now I lost recovery.
The phone just get to "samsung galaxy note gt-n7000" and stay there.
I can go on donwload mode, so I will try to flash a stock rom.
Thanks guys. I will report tomorrow with news. Hope works.
Do that stock GB (pre rooted) though not ICS...in PC Odin... that way when you wipe you can do it safely in stock setup without having a custom kernel...
Then just flash whatever with Mobile Odin

I tried with four different roms.
So I tried with Odin, with no problems in the process, but when the phone restarts just get to "samsung galaxy note gt-n7000" and stay there.
Now even the batterie freeze
are you sure that the Odin flash was successful?
if yes, the now try to boot into recovery and do a factory reset, reboot again
Ok. good news. I tried a few times with the GB pree rooted of dr.ketan, with no positive results. So I tried with a diferent one, from sammobile. Is a stock from my country. This one works.(a little hope). Well, now the phone is crazy. super unstable. But, is something.

Yep. Odin flash was successul. With green colors and all. But at restarts the phone was freeze and no chance to get recovery mode.
As I say in previus post, now the phone turns on,but is unstable. Is a stock GB rom.
I get a lot of error messages like:
Android.proces.acore has stoped.
com.android.phone has stoped.
So the phone is unusable
ok great.. this is the time when you HAVE to somehow get into the recovery mode and do a factory reset.. coming from a ics rom will give these errors.. just needs a wipe

Ok. I flashed the Pre-rooted again, and now I am in recovery mode. OMG xD
Question. IS safe to do a full wipe in this kernel? or do I flash a safe kernel, like speedmod??
Am gonna search a new religion to believe or something after this.
Edit: Ok, after think about it I did it a full wipe. (I am on gb so no problems)
The phone is OK. fully working!!! omg guys. Thanks so much!
Am gona do a resume of my problem, maybe gonna be of help for someone.
I searched a lot in all threads to find a similar question or just an answer to my problem.
To start I have to tell you that I already had the v029 installed with the stock kernel and everything was fine.
Then I wanted to check some other roms and if they fit me better. So i got it from the begining. Wiped everything and installed the stock eclair with PCC. Unlocked the bootloader through a very usefull guide found here and flashed the latest nAa kernel. Then I downloaded the MiniCM9 3.0.5 Rom and installed it succesfully.
Everything is working fine but I wanted to go back to GingerDX. So I did a factory reset/wiped everything downloaded the rom for the nAa kernel and installed it. It said that it was successfuly installed. But when I try to boot my phone It stucks on the GingerDX splash screen with the animation and doing nothing. No keys working. I removed the battery to shut down, install the CM9 rom again and everything's fine.
Can you please tell what am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Any luck? I just installed the kernel on the link you posted and have the exact same problem. The boot screen stays on the splash animation. It's been there for more than 15 minutes and the animation itself is slow as hell.
Hi there..
When we switch between GB and JB kernels we must format /system /data and /cache when we flash the new kernel.
Yes, I flashed the kernel in the link and then the gingerdx rom. I did the wipe in data/cache/dalvik cache and everything else that is needed.
The only thing that occured was a problem in the format during the installation. I formated it manually before the install and it was ok.

No, you cant flash gb roms with ics kernels.
hey guys,
I was running Stock JellyBean but having lags & slowdown issue and hence decided to Re-flash my OS with same official JB ROM.
I had wiped all necessary things like cache etc via Philz and flashed via Odin (Pc).
Everything ran smooth till today suddenly phone got stuck on Logo.
Tried removing the battery for 1hr. and still the same.
I can enter Recovery - Plz assist why this thing have happened and how it can solved ?
PS: Phone ran perfectly till now and its been 15days since reinstalled my OS.
Can you try to do a factory reset and the three wipes using philz kernel? Then reboot but remember all your data will be lost.
