Cyanogen RC5.6 and LilGUpdater

ciao,
I updated at cyanogen RC5.6 (my phone info confirms) but if I run Lilgupdater it still says there is the same update I had already installed.
can someone try if lilgupdater says something different?
same thing for me. The link is the same, so I assume it's the same file. squad will fix it.
I have another q regarding 5.6:
Is it me? Or is it way choppier than 5.5?
5.5 was so smooth and fast.
I also get this, but it's only minor. And I haven't noticed any lag.

Arrow [Q] WHICH IS BEST ROM FOR SGM ??? :( plz help
I like Official Cm 7.2. And I wait to Cm 9.
I'm using MORe rom by godell now
and satisfied with this
worth to try bro
More 1.4....
Best ROM
You can try emanoN v5 if you want to retain the feel of using a stock rom on your phone.
I recently updated my rom to emanoN v6 but went back to v5 due to alot of force close issues. Its always a good thing to create a nandroid backup through CWM recovery just in case something goes wrong (I used my nandroid backup to go back to emanoN v5)
Go to freaky friday threads.all ROM overthere

try more 1.4 or Andro-ID 3.3.1.
both don't have much bugs or reboot issues.
I was using cyanmobile but it had many bugs....i then flashed cyanogen mod 7.2 rc 5.6 ....itz best rom i have ever used ....u may give it a try

Thanks every one
Thanks allz for replaying and am very satisfy with MORE 1.4 .its so fast and smooth . stock rom is the best rom but still waiting for CM 9
Every rom has its pros and cons, and for everyone it will be different rom that is best. For me, its MIUI gingerbread, but as soon as MIUI v4 with working cam is released, I'm switching to it

First you need SUT LR 1.8.2. Link to SUT LR which worked for me.
Then you need to download Andro-id V3.3 RC3.
Link to the post
Direct link to the ROM
Flash the ROM with SUT LR. Here is a easy to understand video made by ̶H̶a̶r̶e̶e̶ leoaeries.
Hit thanks to leoaeries H̶a̶r̶e̶e̶ , if the video helped you.
After installation, you will have CWM installed by default
Go ahead and flash ROMs of your choice (be careful you can only install .35 kernel ROM, if you need to try .32 kernel roms you need to downgrade to Gingerbread 2.3.x stock, looks like your stock is .35)
Try ICS CM9, IceColdSandwich or MIUI V4 ROMs, you will like it
Welcome to the Android, the world of unlimited possibilities and great user support.

does a detailed explanation on how to install ics or jb on sgs of base rom DDJVB
plz guys help me in installing ics or jb!!! plz give detailed explanation !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
baseband version :-I9000DDJV7
it is running 2.3.6 !!
thanks in advance
Baseband not influence the custom rom.
In my opinion, to start with the modding download a cyano 10.1, wipe data/system/chache/dalvik cache, flash Cyano, flash gapps and enjoy your new device
