Only problem I can think of, if it gets borked, how do you recover, short of a ROM reflash? Theres no CWM theme to flash, which was a saving grace.

I'm looking at one theme from your link that has no task bar in the lock screen. I'm into making that happen.

Edit***A cool Miui feature: MIUI has native screenshot functionality. Hold menu + vol down. You'll hear a click and the screenshot will be placed in /sdcard/MIUI

Before anything the theme guide link posted its a lil outdated. I suggest downloading a fully working theme open the zip and see how the new system work. Also the lock screen png files change its not sliding_xxxx its lock_screen_button_bg.9 ect ect. The wifi,status bar and service signal ect are located under system/app/systemUI.apk . Hope this helps.

I just unzips all the system app the the png are in the system apps. the dialer is in the contacts apk.

Android3.0 theme its fully working except for the lockscreen, to fix rename the png files. I'm surprise on how easy its is : ). For reference download that theme from theme manager.

Same problem FC on gmail and also when trying to open Gmail in normal email app.
Also, could you provide a version without the modified status bar icons? Or better yet, could you teach me how to edit the mtz file to change the status bar icons? Thank you

U can open mtz = zip
It has png images files . Ucan edit by gim , pts ......

But when I try to edit the systemui, I add a .zip to the end of it to extract it and replace the icons. But when I try to place it back In tthe file, it says zip file is corrpupt.

Hi frns since we have root and cwm i thought of porting a theme , this is a work in progress of ics theme...
unfortunately i couldnt make a zip file to flash through recovery so if any one knows how to then u are free to make one and upload , until then extract the zip and replace using root explorer,.

yes the music player was force closing after applying the theme ,so i removed the file until its fixed..

I can make a flashable zip .. though the 4shared link is DOWN ... or we may say you have deleted the file give me the file

just for to be sure: do not import your themes, just find it with your file manager when you transfer them to your sd card, it will stop miui to apply some things that will block your phone...for xmpl, hpdi or xhdpi lockscreen...you will not able to unlock until you reflash rom

Test it and then tell me about bugs. camera may not work well. in notification gps remains on. (i shall try to fix it with the help of senior developers). File manager in scrrenshoot is not present in this upload just es file manager (i zipped it just for checking, so it left).
Installation: As usual as other roms, first boot takes about 10 mins and status bar takes time in appearance too.

I hate going to theme Chooser (sometimes) plus don't like applying themes unless I have to.
I like this ROM but I wish the theme would just be there after I install and boot

Also the aroma doesn't work
You've replaced the update binary, you leave the first update binary alone but you have to
also insert a new one from a working rom & name it update binary installer.

I tried to port the v3,it work great. but the setting app is not resized, so we saw WiFi off but not the on butom.If you can make something for us, it would be great.

When will this project be continued ? i want to really experience reincarnation, by far this is a really good ROM and i would like you to do so continue

Pretty sure i saw in portal, related to something to this, you can use the re sizer tool for this ROM

Other think, try to port from galaxy y, and the jb like setting is'nt resize again, so if somoene could resize it for ldpi, it will ne nice ( i have not enough skill, on android, know only how to port rom, and port sense theme )
