Is there anyway to return the phone to unrooted stock (atleast I think I am rooted I'm running a custom rom but nothing is detecting root so I don't know) without a computer?

I've reading some post and I think i need to run a stock rom on Fasboot USB . Is that OK? Or what I need to do ?
Sent from my SGH-I897 using Tapatalk 2
Ok here's what I'd try next go to the dev section of forum and get the hansoon2000 tool kit , only cuz it makes this so much easier and re lock the boot loader and run the stock ruu for ics and it should bring you back stock with s off
Then go back and unlock and proceed
---------- Post added at 08:29 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:25 PM ----------
In the tool kit you will need to move the bin unlock code to the data file of the tool ( just open the main folder and drag it there ) then lock run the ruu let it finish do not pull the plug during the ruu install process

I used Revone to s-off so I can't tell you much about moonshine. But I do know that moonshine flashes a custom hboot automatically so you will need to flash a stock hboot before you command s-on or you will permanently hard brick your phone...

I recently switched my phone over to the GPE by s-off and flashing the GPE ruu to my phone, chaning the phone id etc. How would you go about changing the phone back to Sense? I tried changing the CID back to the originial and installing the AT&T Ruu .exe from my computer but It stopped and gave me an error. Not sure exactly what the error said since it was last night, but It said to download the correct RUU file for my phone. I know that it is the correct RUU file for when it was still on Sense before conversion because I used it to restore it once before. Any help would be awesome.

Dont believe so, I changed it through fastoobt oem cid by using fastboot oem writecid. You have toe bare with me, Im new to android.
If you're not returning the phone for service than changing your cid 11111111 will allow you to install any ruu regardless of your region. Otherwise you must find the proper ruu for your region and flash the cid to the correct value for your region. The reason this is done is because different radios are flashed for different regions among other things.

Also I'm not sure why you're running ruu's get your phone rooted bootloader unlocked than flash a new Rom with sense, unless your going for stock for warranty purposes.

Awesome man, I appreciate the help. I will post later tonight after I get off work to let you know how it went.
It's the second time today I loose my custom TWRP recovery 2.6.3.0. I have never had any problems before. I wanted to go to recovery to flash smth and it just sent me too bootloader. I tried many times and no luck. So I reflashed the recovery with fastboot and everything was ok. Than I wanted to charge my phone, while it was off(faster). As soon as I plugged the charger it sent me directly to bootloader. Tried again and the same. Recovery was gone for the second time. I don't know what to do. I have the latest firmware and am using Insertcoin ROM from the international thread. I think it may be related to the ROM, but am not so sure. Please help!!

I had the same problem with losing recover too and you are right it's from the International roms some of there stuff is not 100%, compatible with our htc one. But like you said no big deal I can live with it.

also which ruu is for me (My phone isnt carrier locked) and is cyanogen snapshot decent to use?
Next time you do a factory reset/cache wipe, make sure you unchecked system and internal storage (only check these two if you are going to flash a new rom)

Like said above, your phone isn't booting anymore because you have selected all the partitions when wiping your phone, including your System partition which is your OS. If doing a factory reset, you only need to use the "factory reset" option, not the "wipe" menu.
If you want to flash back the stock rom using a RUU, you'll need to post the output of "fastboot getvar all" (don't share your IMEI or serial numbers) command so we can direct you to the correct RUU version for your phone. If there is no ruu version for your phone then using a custom rom is a good option.
I would stay away from Cyanogenmod simply because there isn't any stable version for the M7 yet.
