Go from MIUI to Darkys Rom?

Hi everyone!
I flashed MIUI for about 1 month ago, everything went well but i really don't like the batterylife.. I heard that Darkys Rom has better batterylife.. So how do i go to Darkys Rom from MIUI?
I just downloaded Darky 10.2 RE
flash via odin then update to 10.2.2 via darky app.
I wouldnt get too excited about the battery life, I flashed this a week ago and I think I will be going back to Serendipity 6.3. Battery life for me on Darky has been terrible!
Right now I'm using [ROM]MIUI Mint Berry Edition 1.10.28 and the battery life is pretty good, perhaps you should give it a try.
i have darky final from two weeks and it is very good about all aspect. The battery life is excellent.. try it!
I'd suggest searching and learning all you can about getting the most out of your battery life. It'll help you in the long run.
I'm using darky,it has great battery life, perfect in speed, i'm lovin' it

Hi,
I was on CM7 kang of temasek and I decided to flash a stockbased rom.
Now I'm on :
DjangoManouche 1.2 rom
Guestekrnl V1.6.1
BB V20Q with ril
I am using Go launcher which comes with the rom
The battery drain is incredibly huge, 8 hours tops with very little use
Anybody some ideas ?

Look, I do not know what otra depend, I can give you some advice but I think would agree smartflash used to format all your phone and then try to install the rom with everything else!

[Q] Best Rom and Kernel Combination

Which is the best rom of this
stock
stunner
paranoidandroid
rocketrom
asylum
criskelo
ALBAA
liquidsmooth
alliance
moded lite alba
miui
kingdroid
cassie's xtraliterom
chrack
litening rom
CM9
and which is the best kernel?
Franko
Stock
SpeedMod
Im having good results using RocketROM + Speedmod kernel,
Not saying that is the best, But for me it works so.........
Also, I havent managed to get through all the ROMs yet, Ive had my note <1week
Stock Rom and Kernel..Its smooth and good battery life and gave me highest antutu benchmark till date anong all the ROMs I tried.
Yup I am on Rocketrom + speedmod kernel + cpu editor (ondemand battery saver mode) my phone is up for 1 day 6 hours with 14% still left
Asylum or PA4 with unnamed v 15
PA
I have tried each and every Rom till now and i personally liked Crash...its unique and surpriaimgly very fast...and it completely supports spen too...so i would suggest Crash
Charck's v5 small rom with speedmod kernel.
2 days 4 hrs
and 4hr 25min runtastic gps tracked session

ParanoidAndroid for me. Very subjective though.. because there's no real clear cut best ROM..
Sent from my Galaxy Note running ParanoidAndroid v0.3 using XDA Premium. xD
have always run rocket rom from gb v19 (abyss then franco kernel) to ics v7 (speedmod kernel) but now using goatrip 2.1 with cf kernel , runs really well , relatively light rom 444mb and some great inbuilt customisations available too.

[Q] Best rom for battery life

Hello dear Note owners
Just joined the party
an of couse i am looking for lite rom - for note with great battery life
i moved from sgs1 vibrant where the best rom is miui 2.3.7 360 team
so as i readed on the note 2.3 is better for battery too..
and what are the best lite rom (dont like aps and etc anyway need to configure myself)
battery life is not really depending on rom.. it depend on the kernal n modem too..
basically from what i read here.. i think speedmod is great for smoothness n speed n battery life.. n lpt is good of signals.. try Kingdroid v4.1.1 watch their installation video before you stall installing
+1 speedmod kernel.
you could give checkrom a try too seeing as you're on gb.
Used KingDroid v3 + speedmod kernel = just fine
Using RocketRom v7 + speedmod kernel = almost perfect on performance and batt life. Except for issues on lag using s.memo after making a screenshot. Other than that,
RocketRom v7 for me is a good go.

[Q] Swithing back to STOCK ROM

Hi,
I am currently running Marvel v9 but it is giving me some troubles like battery drain. I need to have better battery life so I decided maybe I should back to stock ROM and probably try ICS.
How can I switch from Marvel v9 to ICS STOCK (I don't need CWM but root will be nice to restore my apps and settings)?
Is there any other solution? Is there any other ICS/JB ROM stable and with good battery life?
I appreciate your help.

Yes, IZS ROM by Huexxx is more stable in early stage, it is ICS v30c based.
With that ROM, you have both CWM and root facilities.
Good battery backup.

At the moment, you need to explore on whichever ICS and above ROMs for their battery life. But if you insist on updating to Official ICS, use the Official Firmware updater. Note that it is very risky. I hardbricked it twice due to faulty wire.

Hey
You'll have to flash with smart flash (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1111771)
you'll need the rom (http://lg-phone-firmware.com/index.php?id_mod=1)
I recommend using the europe one (106 NEU/EUROPE OPEN V30B)
use this toosl to create BIN/FLS(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1692191)
Note: Beware of bad cables.
Or try this have not tried it myself but seems pretty good (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1396091)
The first guide always works for me but it does not mean it will work for you so be careful .
