Is there any way to flash stock rom via cmw,so that i dont have to use smartflash?

Flix123 done a great job rebuilding stock to zip flashable via cwm

by cwm you can upgrade to the rom you want. enough to make the necessary fields wipe

HI, i am currently using cm10 nightlies version on my lg optimus 2x. However, i cant connect to my data plan. So i would like to remove my cm10 from my lg optimus 2x. But it seem that i cant download the stock version from the threat. Anyone can kindly send me the download link for the stock version of lg optimus 2x. I use Singapore Starhub. Thank you in advance and sorry for my english.

Samsung galaxy R has the same hardware as like lg optimus 2x or 2x su660. Can any developer give me a way to install galaxy R ICS to lg phone? thx in advance!

Dont try that!
There is no direct way to try out Galaxy R ROMs, and not safe to try either.
If you want to try out development, you can try to port its ROMs with some help, but that isnt advisable either unless you have experience.

If you're talking about the stock rom, most of Samsung specific stuff like touchwiz launcher (including icons), media like ring tones, camera shutter sounds, notification sounds, widgets are available as installable or flashable files (you can search around the forum).
That's what some ROMs in our forum have used, and hence the Samsung look and feel name.
So, that main reason to port, is now easily managed on any rom by installing those stuff, while maintaining the speed, stability and all features of the base lg stock/cm rom

LG Marquee

My Question is if the LG Optimus Black (LG OB) is the same as the LG Marquee (LG M)? I know they are based on the same Specs and Chips but can the Rooting and ROMs from the LG OB work on LG M?

Why bother? It's almost the same as stock ICS. Take a look at Fuzion ROM. It has plenty of stock JB apps, even from Optimus G
