Just wondering if anyone has had any luck getting "Flashify" to work with Chrome browser on the Note? I had a GS2 that worked fine with it after the ICS update...
Thanks

Hi guys,
I am currently on mssmison's miui portand it is great, however the browser is not so great.
Not very smooth you see. Has anyone found a smooth browser like stock GB or overcome.
Thanks in advance.

Is there a difference?

Chrome only works on ICS. Opera works in both gb and ICS.
Chrome is extremely fast, but in beta stage so it has some bugs. But nothing major.
Opera has loads of functions and works very well but is meant for really good data connections..

I tried both of them and they seem to be the same...
"ICS Browser +" has got the stock android AOSP design.
"Internet" is the Samsung Touchwiz version of the stock ICS Browser (and got some annoying bugs.....in my opinion)
So the "ICS Browser+" is better in my opinion
Nothing beats Dolphin browser with its lastpass plugin for me

And it's armv7 I think.

Yes, its for devices with Android 4.0+ and for ARMv7. It means even if you have ICS, still it won't be supported.
But, if you want a Chrome like interface. Refer this post :

You will not find Google Chrome to the Galaxy Mini, but it is already Firefox Nightly!
Sandie does it work on our phone

Just started a Hulu Plus trial, downloaded the app on my phone but it says video playback is not supported on my phone, and they are working on supporting more phones, etc. Netflix works fine on the Galaxy Exhibit for me. Anyone using Hulu Plus? I'm wondering if it's infact a device incompatibility or the fact that I'm using the SlimBean Jellybean ROM.
It could just be because you are rooted, I can't use flixster because I am rooted

What kind of nonsense is that? Why does the rooted/custom mod allow apps to check if it is rooted or not, can't we fool the app to think it is not rooted?
What other apps do not run when you are rooted?
I got a Galaxy S3 last week, and rooted it. Hulu Plus works just fine on it. Just thought it was interesting.

Timewarner cable live tv app does not work on rooted devices unless you rename superuser.apk to something else and delete test-keys from ro.build.tags= in build prop. Then reboot. Maybe you can try it for other apps?
now if only there was a way to watch web only on mobile

It really sucks that hbogo doesn't work on the note 3. I got rid of my iPad mini because of the note 3.

I have it running on my 8.9 tablet it's a modded apk and you have to have amazon app store installed also Google it .
I can't figure out why it runs on my nexus 7 but not on the note 3.
Makes no sense to me.

I tried the molded app, same issue. Starts playing the video then goes back to home screen.
