I was just surfing the net a couple of minutes ago, and I came across this article, regarding the apple/Samsung lawsuit.

What I found extremely retarded is the following, quoted out of the article: "The verdict was reached Friday in the epic smartphone patent infringement case involving Apple and Samsung. The jury determined that Samsung violated the Apple patents for the “bounce back,” scroll, zoom and navigate features,". So, for "copying" an extremely dumb bounce effect or a scroll feature, they will make Samsung pay apple 1.05 billion dollars.
What do you guys think about this?
