it's thunderbolt time...
hi guys! my app Phorganizer has systemic problems with HTC EVO 4G and others HTC devices..now, it's thunderbolt time... as you can see in attachment phorganizer "Didn't work" on yours devices. I wanted to ask if someone could help me figure out what errors involves the app. unfortunately the only feedback that I have are the negative comments from the market, but these are not very useful to solve the problem, also because these feedback do not explains these errors.
Isn't there someone that could download and test Phorganizer? I unfortunately do not have this device...
information like running ROM (stock sense or custom one) is useful.. i know that HTC gallery is little different by Android stock one.. however i tested my app on HTC ONE S and the result is :
- can't open htc gallery from the app (no problem, just open gallery from menù/launcher, share with phorganizer and select multiple photos).
- if you create album in default folder (DCIM) htc gallery groups all photos found under DCIM and sub folders in 'ALL PHOTOS' and then you cant' see your created album. HTC gallery (ONE S) can't manages albums in DCIM folder... then, if you give a try, you can change DCIM folder with another one, like ALBUMS by selecting 'other path' option...and replace .../DCIM/ with .../ALBUMS/ ... then gallery shows albums you have created.

The gallery app is not showing my photos from picasa albums and I can't share them. If I view a gallery setting, it is empty.
It's a known bug of all ICS rom? Any solution there? When I tried first ICS from st.matt (4.0.1), so it worked there.

Probably a question better asked in the thread of the actual ROM.
It would be better, but I am a newbie and I haven't 10 posts.
if i choose change background image on homescreen i can access all my pics without problems from gallery....but havnt tried with picasa...//
Edit* just tried to add the gallery widged and there seems to be a generall problem with accessing the pics ....as you get a complete color crashed sreen after put the widged to homescreen

So I see when you use zoe it takes 20 stills and 3 second video.
I can't seem to find the stills on my phone. When I plug it in to my pc they show up but I really don't want 100s of stills to manage so is there and easy way ::,,

The phone gallery is clever enough to know they are Zoe's, and will hide the individual files.
Use something like ES File Explorer, they are all in /sdcard/DCIM/100MEDIA.
Gallery not clever enough to not sync over 2000 zoes to dropbox !!

I don't think it's the gallery problem. Dropbox just has no idea what a zoe is.
My best bet is to complaint it to HTC. They should have known from the start that zoe shots are gonna clutter everything. I know that they are trying to stick with the DCIM rule but this isn't just userfriendly anymore.
I and a couple of other people already mailed them and complaint and suggested a workaround. You can mail them too so they might consider our suggestion.
Just tell them that zoe sucks and is cluttering your gallery and suggest to them to just pack the zoe shots into a single archive file like a zip or whatever to organize them.
Totally agree. Something htc should have thought of. Shame they couldn't of worked with dropbox on this one.

Hello, I need help with something, I had a nexus 4 and before it a Galaxy Nexus, in those phones or maybe in Google Android Clean OS when I took pictures inside whatsapp the images didnt appear in the "camera captures" folder at the gallery, but since I had the HTC One and previously the HTC One S all images taken inside whatsapp appear on the camera captures and upload automatically to dropbox or htc share,
I have been searching for an answer to this and all that I could find was solving this issue but in iPhone...
If an of you could help me with this?, theres photos that I simply dont want to be shown in the gallery as "taken photos"

Hi guys. This might come as something someone has asked before.
It bugs me so I wanna ask if any one knows a way to this.
When I open the Sony Album App, is it in anyway, possible that it starts from the "My Albums" tab instead of "Pictures" tab.
It will be nice in a way where I get to see my folders first, not just list of pictures that don't even tally to the date they were taken sometimes.
Any tweaks?

I'm having a huge problem, coming from IOS is a huge change.
Android is so open! (in a good way) anyway on IOS whatsapp images/videos never show on the stock photo album...
Android is totally different it shows everything! not good when your nephew is able to get hold of the phone..and let's say there's some pics I don't want him to see which the mrs sent...
I've been through the .nomedia way of doing it which works when using QuickPic as the photo viewer which I'm happy with as my photo viewer now...But I really hate Sony's own version but it doesn't work with Sony Album app the pics are all viewable also I cannot UN-install the app also which makes it findable if your looking through all apps.
Surely there is a easy way around this? with how many people in the world with ANDROID & WHATSAPP...

EDIT 1: Seems if you press SHOW HIDDEN in QUICK PIC it shows all the pictures again!
EDIT 2: You can set a password to see the hidden files so that's sorted
