Yeah, I kinda noticed that too although hopefully it'll gradually start to pick up soon as more folks buy it. We shall see though.
I'm still waiting for Jusada to announce his grand finale for the Ace too. He said that he's cooking his last ever ROM and that it's going to be something quite special. No updates yet though. Again, we shall see...

If you could get an XL to work in Singapore, I'd definitely recommend getting one. It's a brilliant device

I HATE Sense lol. I'm already buying the galaxy nexus and was planning on selling my vivid, but the nexus s is in really good shape! Guess I'll have 2 Nexus devices

Guess its a preference thing...I like sense...especially compared to touch wizzard and motocrap...sense is a little 'heavy' with 4.0 though..can't wait for damn bootloader to be unlocked...but that's just first hurdle..

I've seen sense clocks on many other devices trying to imitate the sense's look. Why not just try a custom launcher, you'll do that anyways on any other device

you can always flash a custom AOSP rom like virtuous inquisition or the wajee one and get rid of sense.

I have virtuous ROM, but I'm going ahead and trading my vivid for the nexus s.

Vivid Rocks man , anyday

I can't really find a phone worthy to replace my vivid yet. Of course something similar or a little better, yes, bu not that "wow" device. The direction some manufacturers go (no sd card or removable battery, even quad-core with lte) I guess I'll keep it for at least 9-12 more months.

I wanted to see how cracked is your screen is. Can you post up some pics of it...?
Edit: NVM found it...

you can always flash a sensless rom. then you might fall in love with the vivid again. once you rip out sense and att apps, the device starts to perform

Thanks, but already tried that! Its pretty close to the Nexus, but I still like the Nexus more I highly reccomend BOTH of these phones!

Galaxy Nexus, it costs around 400€=318£ here in portugal

Dont go with any Super Amoled screens. I warn you..you'll regret it later. It may look very bright and vibrant but it gets screen burn ins right from the day u start using it.
Blue colour fades away easily....

Be aware that the Sensation (xe), has only 768mb of RAM. While it may sound okay on paper, you will have lag and apps opening slower than a phone with 1gb of RAM.
If it's your only phone, you MAY not notice it that much. However, I had a Sensation and an Amaze at the same time and it was EXTREMELY noticeable (and annoying)
Just something to keep in mind as you make your decision.

Yep. XE has 1.5gHZ dual core and the basic Sensation has 1.2.

difference between XE and XL?

XE has 1.5GHZ CPU while normal has 1.2. XE has 4GB of internal memory, normal has only 1.
XE is heavier.

Xe and normal sensation have an identical CPU the only difference is the clock speed that comes out of the box.
My sensation is running @1836MHz right now

I'm about to throw New laptop down......

I'm trying to unlock this bootloader but this thing gets to "waiting for phone" at the command prompt then nothing......
My wife ans I upgraded phones and I'm just using this phone as a media player. I would like jelly bean and to be rooted. I just can't get through unlocking the bootloader.......is there an easier way.....

Install htc sync, just updated to wcx's newest build and couldn't get fastboot to work either, after I reinstalled htc sync it worked

on the part where you download the adt bundle do i download 64 bit or 32 bit i have a news windows 7 mchine

That is something we can't tell you
You have to know what's in your machine...
Usually... Intel is 32 bit(or x86) and AMD is 64...

the problem here is the instructions on the htc site differ from how things look and are labeled on my laptop tha'ts what making this so confusing to me.

If u need to unlock ur phone, why dont u buy an official unlock code from ebay. It's abt 3-5$ and it unlocks it to work with other networks

All Intels after and including the Intel Core 2 Duo are 64 bit. The Intel Core Duo's are not
