Emergency Funds?

Do you have an emergency fund? Where do you keep yours? I'm seriously thinking of starting one myself.

I keep all my cash in a small box in my desk. I barely have any money in the bank. lol

Call me cynical if you like but that article, to me, just sounds like a spin-doctor for the banks and saving institutions begging for your money. It's no secret that there's less money being invested because most people simply don't have it. I'd imagine financial institutes would be suffering from that, and I can believe them using "tactics" like that to try and convince people into investing, despite the fact that most can barely afford it.
Like I said, it may be cynical but that's what I read.

I have enough money in one account for six months of living expenses (everything from rent, to laundry and cigs)....

I'll be jealous if you get yours first but at least I'll know that mine isn't too far behind

I live in a military community and the gamestop here seems to be a lot better than others that I have been around. They seem to go the extra mile with preorders from what I have seen. Like call of duty and other big games that friends have pre ordered I have heard about them calling saying when it's ready for pickup.

Off topic but do they ship quickly? I won't be home to see my new device till the 20th if it indeed is out by then but I'm debating whether to order my screen protector from them. Been disappointed by ghost armor lately. High prices and the last 4 or so purchases from them have had little dots that stay that never manifested in the previous 5 or so protectors from them.

Very true

I lived on Oahu more than a decade and couldn't ever bring myself to go. My dad wrote an article about it before though. I'll try to post the link if anybody wants to read it.

They used to have a game in taco bell where you drop a coin in some water and spin a holder of pedestals to catch the coin. A dime got a bean burrito if landed, quarters for cinnamon twists.
I won that a lot.

I had won a lucky draw organised by a smartphone showroom. I won a Samsung mp3 player which was no good to me as it was pink in colour. ( no offence to pink lovers)
