Lumino (HD) Theme Pack
This is my first attempt at creating Icons from scratch. It has a total of 279 icons now. And I'll make more on request.

I'm not very sure how to create mtz file. Will look into it. Currently I have plans for apk; i.e. theme pack for Apex/Nova/Go Laucnher. Maybe a miui mtz pack in future.
I'm digging these a lot, looking great on Brown canvas wallpaper.
If you are taking request a generic cloud, tools & game icon would be most appreciated.

Install the theme from play store. Links in OP. When complete, don't click ok. Press back to exit out of it.
Go to Apex settings > Theme settings
This will list all your installed themes. Tap on the theme you want to apply.
That theme's details page will open. At the bottom right corner, there'll be an 'apply' button.
Press that button. All windows will exit and you'll be back at apex desktop/homescreen. The theme will be applied now. i.e. icons will be changed.
Enjoy.

I had pushed 1.3 update there but they didn't make that live even now. I've sent couple of mails to them and got stock reply that "app verification takes time" etc. Amazon store is a sloth. I'm building another update this weekend. Will push it to amazon. Let's see how much time they take to make that live.

After my first set of icons - Lumino - I played a bit more with those icons, made them expand beyond their base layer and gave them a full, colored border. The effect looks nicer than I thought. Have a look.

Yes, all new icons will be added to the pack in play store. I'm currently looking into the theme wrapper the1dynasty has shared. But the compile is failing for me. I'll give it couple of more days to see if I'm able to fix n use it. Else all the icons are going in an update of the theme pack in the regular way.

Wow, it has been awhile since I logged onto XDA. The last time I started posting on here was about the themes I made. Recently though, I have been hard at work with making my own design team; whether it was Android, iOS, Logo's, UI, etc, it was something I wanted to start since the beginning.
With that being said, me and my friend made a design team named,

We make icon packs, wallpapers, logos; basically anything design related we probably had a form of experience in it!
We currently run a Google+ page with over 1,500 followers, and we decided to branch towards XDA to also share our work. Hey I really liked your free icon pack so I converted it to a CM11 theme using the new theme engine format for my own personal use. Anyways I emailed you the project files since I'm not releasing it publicly but I hope you add your own flair to it and upload it to the play store for others to use. So far it's based off of great freedom (open source https://github.com/elelinux/GreatFreedom?files=1) as a template, your icon pack and wallpapers, and the latest nexus boot animation. I ran into a couple problems with not being able to select multiple wallpapers from the theme engine and the wallpaper not showing behind the icons in the theme engine preview. I'm sure you can figure out how to fix both of these issues. Feel free to remove me from the credits if you want to.
What's happened to the poke icons? Wiped my phone went to playstore to download them again and vanished
Edit: found out why, good old Google
The latest CM11 nightly supports icon packs so it's compatible with the regular icon pack now. Is still like to see a full blown theme with boot animation and styles from you guys though!

Deleted and re-added the icon, now works...
Love Glyphs(Gotham) theme for iOS by Tokems so i make a port for android. All icons are 120x120 pixel. Some icons i got from reddit so the quality is not good. If you have/want to make higher quality let me know

No. However, you can download and install the apk, then pick the icon pack through the CM12 theme manager. I've tested and confirm that it works

You can edit every single icon in nova launcher,by dragging the icon and putting it in EDIT

Test on Nova and it work. At the moment,only support apps installed on my phone. So if you need some icons, please request in this thread with form:

Thank you, please open FLAT Color app on your phone, then go to the menu on the left and choose "Icon Rquest". It will show you all of app don't have themed icon.choose any app and send it.hope you like my icon pack :fingers-crossed:

*Icon Pack will me updated more regulary than the CM12 theme. and you can request any icon, i will theme it in next update, all icons on your phone will be themed

Great theme!! Perfect icons for the batman wallpaper. But just one thing, can you make the batman wallpapers resolution to match nexus 5's? Thats the only thing that annoys me coz the resolution is somehow low. Or maybe you can just email me one with the right reaolution? Hehe. Thanks in advance. Please do send me one. This was the first icon pack that I really liked so far.

this is a icon pack, it support all version of rom :-s

Are you using a custom launcher? The stock one (launcher 3 I believe) with COS12 doesn't come with the ability to modify icons. The most popular one is Nova. Currently what I use. I had no problem apply this icon pack to the phone.
There are other ones out there but from what I've seen most people prefer Nova.
