No, Samsung apps needs the Samsung system structure. System Apps are not compatible with CM. You only can use extracted, modded system apps.

So i bought and start using this premium xda yesterday in my galaxy sgt P1000 & GT-I9100.
it happened there something weird in the favourite general:
-in i9100 there is a complete menu (including market section)
-i couldnt find market place section in my premium gt P1000.
did i miss something or what?

How can I get the Samsung app on my note 3 rom. It doesn't have it and I can't do a lot of stuff with the gear without it. Is there a apk somewhere?

Yes I have that and everything is working but I can't add apps via Samsung app store because it wasn't installed on rom
